I received my order and was disappointed to find my food not up to standard. The burgers were missing cheese, and the drinks lacked syrup and were watered down. When I returned today, the lead/manager on duty promptly addressed the issues. I strongly recommend this Jack in the Box staff, who went above and beyond to make things right.

So we ordered our food. 12/28/2025 @ 6.29pm incase someone cares enough to read it. Worst service i have the displeasure of having. Out of a nothing she ruined my expectations of this chain. We ordered a medium meal got the medium drink but then got the small fries. No big deal but we did pay for the medium so I told the server who by her handing me a number I expected for her to bring us our food. But no, she yelled our number (mind you we are the only ones here) I went to pick up our meal noticed the fries and told her. She looked at her screen said I charged you for the regular and dismissed me like you would a child thats complaining about a toy. I told her you gave us a large drink and a regular drink different size drinks equals different size fries she dismissed me again and walked off. KEEP your dam .55 cents. She could have explained oh I did not charge you for the upgrade. I would have understood and would have gone on my way. No issues, But to dismiss me as if I were her child was Un called for.

Don’t recommend going when server Neil P. Is on shift. It’s been many times that I go and he’s working the drive through and he’s just completely rude and condescending. You’ll tell him to have a goodnight/ day and he’ll just stare at you and say nothing. Very unprofessional.

the worst service, I’ve been there several times and the female manager/supervisor has a very bad attitude, she pretends she doesn't speak Spanish or that she doesn't understand what someone is trying to say in Spanish but you can hear she is talking and having full conversations with the employees in Spanish without any problem. The male manager/supervisor is very kind and helpful on the other hand

I don’t think I ever ate at a Jack in the Box but this restaurant/location was AMAZING! Staff was super friendly, place was very clean, and the food was DELICIOUS!!! Highly recommend.
18 minute OTD time for 4 tacos, 6 minutes at the window…Make it make sense

Went through the drive thru this morning. What a mistake. Car in front of us, was at the window for like 15 minutes. Thought it must be a problem customer or huge order. Nope, only saw 4 bags passed to them. Took us another 15 minutes to get our 3 bag order. This was after ordering online before we got to the restaurant.
Should rename it, Slow food. Been served faster at Kiki’s and Famous Dave’s than this place. Now on our “nope” list.
