Today, the person taking the order was annoyed for some reason. Bad for customer service. The young lady handling the order was all smiles. Very good for customer service. I always like the teriyaki bowl.

Absolutely a disappointment. Customer service was horrible, the little girl had a attitude as if she hated me. They never notified me that my fools was ready. They also made me wait for a while to take my order, when there was no other customers, so not busy. Manager was on the phone with a personal phone call. I've been here frequently. That is going to change, I'll never be back to this location.

I ordered a salad with chicken and they warm the lettuce and all vegetables with the chicken 🙃
Friendly all around the clock. From day shift to night shift all of staff here is amazing including the night manager. I love being greeted with a smile and customer service is an a plus.

Went to order and manager just walked away. I was left just standing there. Then another person walked up and helped the man behind me. I was like lol wtf is happening. 15 mins later i was able to order, and the food came unseasoned. Burger uas shrunk size until the ultimate cheese burger is what the reg jumbo jack used to be. Unbelievable. Fail.
