Arrived and placed our orders 10:15 pm on a Tuesday night - and then realized nobody was working on it. It turned out nobody had told the person who would be making the order that an order had been placed. It's also like a refrigerator in there - their electric bills must be huge!

The Jack in The box was closed when I got there and they said it was open 24 hours Long drive for where I was but very bad communication from the staff to the public not polishing that that it was closed

I received a squashed, poorly prepared burger with additional jalapeños and bacon — items that incur an extra charge. While I understand it was late and your staff may have been tired, this is both unacceptable and unfair. Having worked in fast food myself, I know the challenges of the job, but I also know the importance of respecting customers and delivering what they paid for.
I do not personally know your staff, and they do not know me; however, I trusted them to prepare a decent meal for which I paid in full. The order was to be handed directly to the DoorDasher, meaning there was no direct interaction — yet it seems that trust was disregarded.
I am not seeking a complimentary meal or any form of compensation. What I am asking for is accountability for your employees’ actions. With a manager present, why was there no discipline or, at the very least, basic respect shown toward the customer? I believe it is reasonable to expect a consistent standard of professionalism, and I hope this matter is addressed to ensure it does not happen again. If you don’t like it done to you, why do it to others.

I've reviewed here and I am going to have to change my review I come here often and I don't mind using a kiosk to order my food but it's giving your employees a reason to be standoffish just asking for a condiment they respond as if they are annoyed

i get the egg rolls at night. They are always fresh and super tasty. Plus it is always fast service.

I usually don't have an issue with this location. Food is always fresh, hot and prepped in a timely manner. Which of course I don't mind waiting for my food as long as it is FRESH. I stepped in to use the restrooms tonight and it smelled like sewer. The toilet bowl was over flooded and tissue paper all over the place. The mirror was not visible, it was all scratched up. The sink to wash your hands needs major major detailing. I was going to dine in, but I changed my mind. So I drove thru drive and ordered a 3 piece eggroll order and a cheeseburger. I usually don't check my order because usually my egggrolls are fresh and hot. I live 15 minutes away from this Jack location. When I arrived home my order of eggrolls were not hot, they were soggy and not fresh. I tried calling the location three times and no luck. I was higly disappointed because this location is usually on spot with service, fresh food and accountability.

I went through the drive thru and ordered some wings as the combo. They prepared the wings only. I ordered a soda as extra at this point as I was in a rush. The wings were supposed to be Buffalo. They had enough sauce for maybe half a wing on all 6 wings. Wrong order and food was awful
