Excellent service
Ordered the double bacon smash burger and they gave me a regular double cheeseburger with the special sauce in a box that was marked for the double bacon smash burger. Would be nice to get what was paid for. Sad to have to check orders on the spot. Lost trust.

Worst customer service experiences at this location. The drive-thru employee, Ariadna g was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of greeting customers or showing basic courtesy, she acted irritated and dismissive, which is completely unacceptable when you work in customer service. It’s disappointing that a well-known company like Jack in the Box allows this kind of behavior from its staff. If this is how customers are treated, it reflects very poorly on the management and overall training at this establishment. I won’t be returning, and I hope corporate reviews this location and addresses these issues immediately.

Its been 13 years years since ive had jack.... and man it hasn't changed. So many memories of tacos amd ranch, sourdough jack!!! I smiled for days

Arrived and placed our orders 10:15 pm on a Tuesday night - and then realized nobody was working on it. It turned out nobody had told the person who would be making the order that an order had been placed. It's also like a refrigerator in there - their electric bills must be huge!
Absolutely bad. Gave me the wrong thing I wanted. Going to taco bell next time.

The Jack in The box was closed when I got there and they said it was open 24 hours Long drive for where I was but very bad communication from the staff to the public not polishing that that it was closed
I received a squashed, poorly prepared burger with additional jalapeños and bacon — items that incur an extra charge. While I understand it was late and your staff may have been tired, this is both unacceptable and unfair. Having worked in fast food myself, I know the challenges of the job, but I also know the importance of respecting customers and delivering what they paid for.
I do not personally know your staff, and they do not know me; however, I trusted them to prepare a decent meal for which I paid in full. The order was to be handed directly to the DoorDasher, meaning there was no direct interaction — yet it seems that trust was disregarded.
I am not seeking a complimentary meal or any form of compensation. What I am asking for is accountability for your employees’ actions. With a manager present, why was there no discipline or, at the very least, basic respect shown toward the customer? I believe it is reasonable to expect a consistent standard of professionalism, and I hope this matter is addressed to ensure it does not happen again.
If you don’t like it done to you, why do it to others.

I've reviewed here and I am going to have to change my review I come here often and I don't mind using a kiosk to order my food but it's giving your employees a reason to be standoffish just asking for a condiment they respond as if they are annoyed
