I usually don't have an issue with this location. Food is always fresh, hot and prepped in a timely manner. Which of course I don't mind waiting for my food as long as it is FRESH. I stepped in to use the restrooms tonight and it smelled like sewer. The toilet bowl was over flooded and tissue paper all over the place. The mirror was not visible, it was all scratched up. The sink to wash your hands needs major major detailing. I was going to dine in, but I changed my mind. So I drove thru drive and ordered a 3 piece eggroll order and a cheeseburger. I usually don't check my order because usually my egggrolls are fresh and hot. I live 15 minutes away from this Jack location. When I arrived home my order of eggrolls were not hot, they were soggy and not fresh. I tried calling the location three times and no luck. I was higly disappointed because this location is usually on spot with service, fresh food and accountability.

I went through the drive thru and ordered some wings as the combo. They prepared the wings only. I ordered a soda as extra at this point as I was in a rush. The wings were supposed to be Buffalo. They had enough sauce for maybe half a wing on all 6 wings. Wrong order and food was awful

I have enjoyed the food from Jack's, especially their breakfast sandwiches. However, the last three sandwiches from this store on Artcraft had egg shells in them! I can't bring myself to get them anymore. Very sad. I just can't do it anymore.

Stopped by the drive thru a Thursday night. Slow, slow, slow. When I finally got to the window to pick my order, the employees were lost, didn't know what I had ordered. I had to repeat myself, and then they started preparing my order. When I finally got my food, it was cold, I had asked for curly fries, but got regular fries. I had asked for diet coke, and got regular coke. It was too late or useless to go and ask them to fix my order. Horrible experience. Never going back.
I love going out to eat even if it's just for yevar but the burgers, the delicious salads and everything are worth it
