They take a long time I came back this December 2023 and the employees are even worse they like to make fun of there customers in Spanish thinking people don't speak Spanish so they need to get themselves a great leader and just get the food

Terrible food, i ordered 6 tacos and a medium fry with a regular sized mocha. when the guy at the window gave me my drink it was leaking and instead of him giving me a different cup or drink he handed me napkins my drink was already half way empty and it spilt all in my vehicle. My frys were harder than a rock and my tacos were soggy like a wet napkin. thanks a lot jack n a box for a spoiled lunch.

Went to this location on Oct 25th. I have a corporate card I use. I had my wallet stolen and called for a copy of my receipt and was told they couldn't help me. Only place out of the 3 that didn't help.
