I spent 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to take my order through drive through. I called the number provided for the location I was at and I saw
the employee, but they disconnected the phone call. Second time they picked up the call, but said nothing. This is the worst customer service. I don’t know if they were asleep or locked in the office doing who knows what. If these employees are not willing to work them they should not be working this shift at all. They are not a great asset to the company.

Ordered a garden salad with crispy chicken combo and a Jumbo platter combo with a coffee at 3:45. I got the coffee first. A few minutes later I got the garden salad and was told it takes a little longer for french toast to cook. 15 minutes later I got the Jumbo platter with out the hash brown and I am still waiting for my fries with the garden salad combo. I literally had to ask for them!! This place always pays more attention to the drive thru then they do the dinning area. It's always filthy. Someone was supposed to call me on this issue and never did. I only come back because my 97 year old uncle likes too. But he doesn't realize what crappy service we get. Oh and my chicken is grilled not crispy!

Picked up an online order from this location for Uber eats around 2am and was told that third party orders have to use the walk up window after lobby is closed. This company obviously doesn't care about our safety. Also I thought it was first come first serve. They were getting the customers out the drive thru first and making me wait which is a common thing what fast food restaurants do. They usually make 3rd party customers wait. I did report this to Uber eats. I will never use the walk up window again (especially in that part of town🙄)if the lobby is closed.

I am very disappointed I ordered curly fries I didn't get a curl only the ends like little sticks. .. called the store manager didn't want to give me his name... didn't really care that I called to suggest they should be careful what they serve us paying customers
