Yesterday, I went to buy a burger, which took an overly long time to be prepared. Even the people who ordered after me had not been served by the time I finished eating. Later that night, I started feeling very unwell with a severe stomach ache and eventually had to vomit.

This jack in the box has gone to shit. Simple order and they still screwed it up I asked for no cheese got cheese 😑 😒 . They gave me my burger but never redid my tacos I asked for a refund. The service was great when they reopened this location but for the last 6 times I've eaten here its been a shit show 1 older lady and alm lazy kids working it like the grandma ordering them to work and they just dont give a flying F. The order was just a jr jack no cheese and order of tiny tacos and order of tacos no cheese and a small drink.

Ordered chicken sandwichs thru the app. The app said it was denied but it went thru on my bank account. I couldn't get jual to listen to me and they did nothing to correct the situation.

I have gone a few separate times, and I have had bad experiences with waiting on average 25 to 30 minutes for my order, while other people that came in after I did got their food first. Last time I went I waited 45 minutes for my order, apparently I was skipped and they forgot about me.

I spent 20 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to take my order through drive through. I called the number provided for the location I was at and I saw
the employee, but they disconnected the phone call. Second time they picked up the call, but said nothing. This is the worst customer service. I don’t know if they were asleep or locked in the office doing who knows what. If these employees are not willing to work them they should not be working this shift at all. They are not a great asset to the company.
