Ordered the sourdough sausage scrambler and was very disappointed!! There was about a tablespoon of egg on the sandwich, checked the other one and it was the same. Also ordered the double bonus jack and what a trip. It was the size of a child's burger, 3 shreds of lettuce and couldn't even see the special sauce. Will never eat at Jack In The Box again!!! This was the.one on McRae. Should have e gone to Carl's across the street!!

Horrible customer service! I decided to order small fries after they had taken my order. But they asked me drive around and go back to the line. Its pathetic. And owner your tittle replies do not make the situation better!

The attitude at drive here no matter who it is they give you bad attitude and service and 70% always getting order wrong and when you tell them forget it
I had a really disappointing experience at this Jack in the Box. The staff was extremely rude—one of the workers didn’t even let me finish speaking while I was placing my order. On top of that, they forgot to include my jalapeño poppers in the bag. Now I either have to waste more of my time going back or try to get a refund. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location.
