So I had ordered $75 dollars worth of food yet non of it was correct I called 7 times and they kept hanging up this so annoying I’m not able to go since it’s way to late now . I ordered 12 eggrolls which they were super cold and soggy then I ordered my kids meals for my kids which was 3 piece tenders and they only came which 2 each . I also ordered 7 pieces jalapeño poppers and they were also cold and soggy .

Got home with my $50 order and was missing entire meals. To far to go back so I’ve been calling the store for two days with no answer? No manager on duty? No employee trained to answer calls during the day? Called main office and no call back after multiple messages left. Not the best way to manage a business, when that business is all about customer satisfaction. The food I did receive was hot and great. Would love to GM this location if the position becomes available soon.
I’m giving 2 stars because me and my family went through the drive through for some late dinner. We ordered a 5 piece combo tenders, 8 piece nuggets combo, a kids meal, and an order of egg rolls. Everything was okay except we never got the nuggets. Instead we got two orders of egg rolls. Not a total loss and the food we did receive was okay. Could have totally been avoided if there was some communication or a double check.
