Dinned in took a long time to order even though there was no line. Took even longer to get my food even though the place was empty. Wanted to get up and ask for my money back. 38 mins just to get my damn food.
I always order online for maximum savings but I will not return to this location even if it’s the last one standing in El Paso. I ordered 2 tacos, a grilled cheese and a grilled chicken Caesar wrap, one taco didn’t have cheese and one did, how could you forget about a taco and if so why not double check and make sure it’s there. Grilled cheese was a disappointment also and the manager was on his phone for 5 minutes with gloves on, I should of took a picture and sent it to the health department because why are you on your phone next to the fryers and then proceeds to making my order without changing gloves and washing his hands. If it wasn’t for the discounts you’d have one star.

We came here 15 years ago just to grab a bite to eat on our lunch brake and 13 buses that got washed as just co-workers and now we have been married 10 years and still happy best friends! I’m glad we were able to came back and spend our 10th anniversary here on FRIDAY THE 13!!! With Jack the Clown lol
I don't know why but today they were really good hamburgers and tacos!! No complaints whatsoever got the 2 Jumbo Jacks for $5 on the app and $ .99 tacos also on the app.
