Ordered online, picked up through drive-thru. I ordered a Oreo Mint Mocha Iced coffee, 2 ultimate cheeseburgers, and the sauced and loaded waffle fries. I get to the window and all they hand me is a bag no drink, we wait at the window until someone comes back, we let them know we were missing a drink, they make a super green drink and hand it to me. I said no that's not what I ordered. My boyfriend takes my phone inside along with this drink and shows them that, that was not the drink I ordered and they get mad at him. Also there were 2 jr jumbo jacks in the bag that we didn't order. Sorry, I want what I pay for. Not what you think I need. I made this money, I expect to get what I order. Let's just say I will no longer be ordering at this location during the day. They need to learn how to read receipts and stop giving customers the wrong order.
My husband went to pick up an order for me and him two different orders. When he went to pick it up they wouldn't let him pick up my order since I wasn't picking it up. We never had this problem before until today. Then they were rude and told him that they were getting the manager about this. Like he had my name and everything and they told him oh we let you do it this one time. If I could give the service zero stars.

I swear yall really don't know how to do your jobs. I had an issue with yoy guys last night and yet again today. I tried to order from a different location but stupid door dash I guess picked this same location again. You guys really can't count? I was supposed to have 4 drinks and only recieved 3 I know this time it wasn't the dashers fault because you didnt give the second cup carrier just the single drink like that. If counting how many drinks is too much for you im sorry but youre too stupid to be working a fast food job. You can complain and say that the job is hard but ive worked fast food its really not. Find a job that doesn't require counting cuz it's obviously too much for you

As someone who has work fast food I just dont understand how you could give someone such horrible customer service if you really hate your job that much find something else cuz it's not the customers fault that you're working where you are. I called saying "I placed an order under my name and my dasher didn't get any drinks." I feel like that was enough clarification to state that I was not the delivery driver but the rude simple minded employee proceeded to give me attitude "well the manager told you to wait for the drinks." Clearly not understanding i am the customer so again to clarify "idk who she told maybe the dasher but I didn't receive any notification." Again clarifying that I am the customer but his simple mind still couldn't comprehend and continued to give me attitude "no she told you the driver that the drinks weren't ready." So ofc frustrated now I told him that I was the customer and I was going to go pick up the drinks. When I got there I was in the middle of my sentence when the person in the drive thru just said ok and closed the window and handed me my drinks rudely. What is with that? I understand you knew what I was there for but you could've at least let me finish my sentence and drop the attitude. It wasn't my fault the delivery driver forgot my drinks and your simple minds couldn't comprehend that I still have to pay more and because the driver messed up I still had to go pick it up defeating rhw entire purpose for delivery service just to still get an attitude. Honestly change your attitudes its not my fault you have your pathetic jobs if you dont like it change it.

The chicken tenders were gross. They tasted like something i would purchase from a gas station. Fries were cold, tenders were barely warm. Service was extremely slow
Monica is very rude I hate how she treats her employees she's starts yelling at them in front of everyone. That's sad how the supervisor aloud managers to treat employees bad.
