I Ordered two chicken sandwiches with no pickles,grilled onions, and tomato, a caramel iced coffee, supreme croissant sandwich, and a hash brown for my wife and son, while I am away on deployment. The sandwiches were messy, onions weren’t grilled, and the pickles were still there. The caramel iced coffee tasted more like water, not even coffee and no where near caramel. I wanted to give her a relaxed day not having to worry about food of all things because I’m the one who cooks for us. But an establishment that advertises quality food is lacking simple requests and respect for a product and the paying customer. She was very displeased with what arrived, even through her depression and anxiety she still ate it out of care for my efforts in taking care of her while I am away. I could not be more angry and utterly pissed off with this being the 4th restaurant I ordered from for her while I am away, hoping “haven’t had issues with them yet so maybe they’ll still be good”. “They aren’t like the others”. No, this Jack in the Box is just like the others when it comes to online orders, just because I can’t correct the mistake on the spot there’s no point in making the order right or taking any care in it.

Absolutely horrible customer service, rude employees, rude management, and the quality of the product is very poor. Do not waste your time with this unprofessional Jack in the box. Replacement of a new manager and shift leaders needed, especially Nathan. Disrespectful to the fullest degree.

This jack in the box rocks. Been here plenty of times. They get orders right, they can get rid of a line in the drive thru no problem. If you see the blue truck your even more in luck. It's the manager and he is the best! Never am I worried when I see that truck when I pull up. Thank you guys at dyer for kicking butt and taking names! Love it!

Jacki at the window who was attending me was rude I asked if they had added my ranch and of course she ignored me and began basically talking rude to John which I don’t think is right first of all she then handed me my food all without care ( one bag was ripped and food was almost falling out btw) and basically shut the window while I was still talking and basically rushed me out the drive thru best believe I went through the drive thru again to get my ranch because I was not going to go home and then go back all for ranch if u can’t handle customer service then don’t work there mama a big shout out to John the manager he was so nice and understood my frustration even brought out the ranch to my car after she had a lil attitude when I went back for the ranch.

A gentleman asked for my order in the drive thru I replied one second please then a woman got on and asked for my order and I replied one second please. There was nobody behind me and I was looking at the new burger. I said hello 3 times then the woman got on at yelled how can I help you sir! Then the man came on and took my order very slowly and asked if everything was correct on the screen. It was but not when I got the bag. Said no cheese they put cheese asked for ranch twice and didn't get any. Poor customer service definitely

We bought pineapple shakes that were strawberry shacks instead they were good we ate them buy wanted pineapple shakes . Got order wrong to.with one medium and one large shake glad cause the were not pineapple.... sad
