The air conditioning at the restaurant has not worked for more than a month. Please do better for your employees, they have a portable unit and it really makes it worse.

Miguel took our drive up order. The tone of his voice clearly indicates that he does not want to be there. He gave my husband and I attitude when we asked for extra salsa. 2 packets would have been great not 12! He obnoxiously gave us an overfilled handful and slammed the window hard as if we were annoying him. This is exactly why we never fast food. The food is gross and the service sucks. Thanks for my tacos with lettuce 🥬

I love the Jack spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and pickles it's hella good perfect seasoning and you're not going to regret eating it and the curry fries are smashing 10/10 for sure 🔥🔥

Went last Friday during the lunch rush. I had ordered on the app and went inside to pick up my food. The manager was very busy getting orders but still was very friendly and courteous and assisted me. I ordered incorrectly and he took the time to help me fix my order. Best Jack in the box on the west side.
