Went last Friday during the lunch rush. I had ordered on the app and went inside to pick up my food. The manager was very busy getting orders but still was very friendly and courteous and assisted me. I ordered incorrectly and he took the time to help me fix my order. Best Jack in the box on the west side.

Absolutely great service! Had a small misshape ordering via mobile, when i got to the restaurant they were out of the item. But the employee and management went above and beyond making sure i was compensated. This would usually result in having to deal with the company’s internal customer service department to get your money back which is always a headache. Very grateful to this team!
