One of the worst places I've ever eaten in terms of service; the cashier, a young girl, was very unwilling to help and very rude. I ask her nicely for some missing items in my order and she got mad and threw them at my hand. I have never been treated this badly in any fast food place. I understand when people have a bad day but is no reason to treat someone that badly.

I don't know here lately Jack seems to be trying to hard and forgetting where he was from. By this I mean the sour dough jack was terrific now it's like blah. Jumbo Jack use to be worthy of the cost but now that there like 5$ for just a small burger. Tariffs I guess also everything has these special sauces I had to order my meal the other day plain bc I was tired of getting some sad tasting sauce. I understand trying to diversify and trying to add potential revenue by altering your menu but not at a cost of forgetting your origins and your key product sales

We ordered 12 tacos, a few were cold and appeared soggy as if it were leftovers. I have never had to rate any other same restaurant such as this one. I will not recommend.
