Probably the best JIB in my area. The crew is always friendly, courteous and accurate with the orders. Very professional. Always a good experience, that is why i come back to this one.Parking: It's in the same parking lot as an autozone warehouse so there's plenty of parking, as well as easy in and easy out drive-thru.
employee was rude and off-putting from the moment we walked in (she wore a gray shirt, so I’m assuming it was the manager). my mother was struggling to communicate in English and the employee who knew Spanish (because she spoke it after) continued speaking English. also, after a miscommunication, we ordered one of their boba drinks and the same employee continued being rude while explaining the misunderstanding. not sure if it was done on purpose, but the boba drink she gave us after had like no boba.

Came through Friday morning at 11:15 am. Dryer was busted, shake machine was down however. There were 2 young men working the drive there that nailed customer service so hard we honestly didn’t care to not get half of our order. They were apologetic, sincere, and offered another desert instead of the shake. Today customer service is a dying art but these 2 young men nailed it. One was a thin Latina male with slightly bushy hair the other was a slightly heavier set Latino male both seemed young and both were incredible at their job. I will come back to this Jack in the box as long as these 2 young men stay employed there. Promote ahead of peers. End of rant. But they were great
