This place has cockroaches all over the place, on the walls , floor and even on the table tops and seats. I was there once and saw those light brown small roaches on a lady's shoulder. The employees act like if its a normal thing with roaches hanging around which is not, its disgusting. Lucky's café just down the street is way better and food has better taste and no cockroaches seen there or crawling on the walls and tables or on you. Use to be a good place to eat but the prices and quality of food and the roaches just makes it a place not to go there again. The owners seem not to care about their cleanliness of their restaurant anymore.

I love Jamie's Hut! I make sure to go every time I'm in El Paso. The pancakes here are better than IHOP. Yes, I know it's a Mexican restaurant but once I tried the pancakes I fell in love and I can't eat anything else here now, heehee. Come try them for yourself if you don't believe me 😉 as an added bonus, the people that work here are always super friendly too.

The foods not bad but also not great. The service is slow food comes out quick but drink refill and if you need extra stuff takes forever. It's so hot inside no ac 😫.

Been visiting this establishment since 2018. It never gets old. When you walk in, you feel at home and in family.

Mom and pops type of diner. Really friendly, HEALPFUL COOK. He took our order. My daughter had special dietary restrictions because of a surgery she had and the cook catered to her limited type of foods she could eat) [GREAT THANK YOU TO THE COOK!!]. ALL our food was delicious (Chile Relleno burrito, Barbacoa Burrito, Menudo (excellent) lots of menudo/hominy ratio), Mexican hamburger (delicious). Will definitely return when near the area 02/2025.

Dietary restrictions: Since it's a-la-carte, You can pretty much request special orders or dietary needs (my daughter really appreciated the cook withdrawing stuff she couldn't eat at the time of our last two visits).

Parking: I parked on the street (i DON'T know if there is dedicated parking lot or not) as i found parking on street available early in the morning.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly (cook made special pancakes in the shape of Mickey Mouse (ears, eyes and all) and the kids really loved them.

Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant.
