I went Sunday to pick up my order on I did on the app. They had nothing ready and were not aware of my web order. I ended up doing another order and paying twice. When I tried to reach them they just end up transferring the call over to different people. Corporate told me this is a franchise and that there is nothing they can do.

My company holds training all over the state and we use Jason's Deli all the time. We had a 2-day training program in November and ordered catering from this location for both days. They didn't bring any plates or forks for the salad! This has happened before and I'm tired of it so I'm going to start leaving negative reviews each time. Do better, Jason's Deli!

This is my favorite salad bar spot but I’m disappointed. Some of veggies tasted spoiled, broccoli had dark spots, bell pepper was soggy and the potato salad had a weird taste. Staff is always kind and helpful. Maybe next time veggies will be fresh.

First time trying Jasons Deli and was a great experience. Food was delicious and fresh and quick service. It was nice that it offered gluten free options for my oldest son. Will be back soon!

I love Jason’s Deli, i wish the one in las cruces didn’t close. I always get the salad bar. There’s a nice choice of salads, toppings and dressings. They also have hummus and tzasiki. I love their yummy little cornbread or molasses muffins. They also have those multi-seed crackers, I’ve never seen them anywhere else but Jason’s. I like to dip those crackers in the tzasiki. Cool and fresh. Then you can finish it off with a little bowl or cone of soft serve. Such a nice lunch and affordable.

What happened to Jason’s Deli west location. Only the west location has poor quality of food , always bad spinach and sometimes the cucumbers taste bad and spoiled. The cheesecake was defrosted and refrigerated and defrosted so many times that the texture is not right. Don’t go to the Westside location

Manager happened to be our cashier at the front, her voice was so high and she talks so fast, she seemed to be agitated when I asked her to repeat what she said, place was dirty, I counted 12 tables that had not been bus the whole time we were there for about an hour, disappointed in the friendliness of the employees, my turkey muffaletta sandwich was ice cold, my tortilla soup with room temperature, I had good experiences the first two times I was there, but not this time
