Jason’s Deli is a very good option, especially if you’re in a rush and need something quick. It’s a much better choice than places like McDonald’s or Whataburger when it comes to healthier options. The food is fresh, the menu has good variety, and the service is very good and efficient. It’s a reliable spot when you want to eat fast without feeling like you’re sacrificing quality. I recommend it a lot and would definitely go back.

My husband was getting an eye exam next door so my daughter and I decided to check this place out. They always deliver to my work but I had never actually gone to the restaurant. It was phenomenal!! It’s so nice, super clean and the service was outstanding!! They offered my daughter crayons and a coloring page while we waited for our food. Anytime they go to my work, the drivers are just the best!! Great Job to the manager Miguel and his team, you all are truly awesome. :)

I ordered a turkey pannini sandwich. My first time trying this place and the sandwich was dry. Half had the thousand island dressing. The other half didn't, so half tasted horrible. 🥲 🫠

This was my first time here and the service was sublime! Smiling faces willing to serve. I inquired about a polar bear plushie offer they had, and one of the young ladies drew a polar bear on my bag. It’s such a small touch but it really floored me. I’m sorry I did not catch your name but good on you. Jason’s Deli management y'all need to take care of associates like that.

Wow, not what I expected at all. Huge menu and all of the items had fresh ingredients. Even the fruit was so good. Large seating areas and the the service was very streamlined and fast.

This place is the worst. I’ve never even ate here. Their employees are the worst. After coming in to pick up and deliver an order for door dash the manager immediately got upset. Her reason was that the order had been placed twice. She then kept denying the order for pickup and told me to call door dash to fix this issue. After that I immediately called the customer who was ordering. He called the restaurant twice and the manger still declined to make the order and give it to me. The closing shift manger last night was racist, threatening, and just not getting her job done. I had to call the cops on her when her and the employees started threatening me and harassing me for attempting to get my pickup done. The cops then followed her side of the story from which I did nothing but try to pickup someone’s food and I’m now prohibited at this Jason’s deli at the fountains. Whoever is hiring these employees and promoting them to manager needs to step up their game. This tatted lady manager was so aggravating and threatening along with some other employees who dropped their dishes while cleaning up attempting to start a fight. Please look into this Human Resources. This is ridiculous.
The food is always great. The customer service is even betrer. Jenna is so thoughtful and ensures that customers have a great dining experience. She definitely goes above and beyond.

had a wonderful experience at Jason’s Deli! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The customer service was top-notch; every staff member was friendly and attentive. What really stood out was the manager personally stopping by to check on how everything was going. It made me feel genuinely taken care of and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Absolute garbage. No greeting...cashier just looked at me. Ordered a roastbeef beef sandwich with cheese. Cheese looked like rubber and au jus wwas lukewarm. Soup looked like vomit and tea was dirty sugar water. Worst 17 dollars spent. Will never eat here again.

So today i went inside for the first time, i usually order online. The patience they had with me, was beyond amazing. So because of the young man who made my sandwich and the beautiful lady who was the cashier who worked on June 10, 2025 @ 8:00pm i will be leaving tips for all my future orders.. officially one of my favorite places..
