Love the sandwiches, every location I have visited has been a good experience this one is no different from the others. The only problem, it's very busy and it always takes a while to get our order when we're dinning in

To expensive. The meat is so thin the sandwich has no flavor, all I tasted was onion and tomatoe.

love the food not the wait, the moble orders are making the walkin in customer wait alot more. its like the employees are trained to give priority to moble over in person.

Unacceptable BLT Most of the bacon burnt and the couple of pieces that werent are raw looks old and smells funky. Gross! Take a look at pics.

I hate giving bad reviews but since I never got an update from my complaint I guess I will leave my review here!!

While ordering my food I noticed one of the assembly line sub cooks touching her eye with her gloves on and continued to touch people’s food. I honestly don’t know if I would ever come back as I really enjoyed coming here previously. :(

First time eating here since the grand opening and I must say it was a very very pleasant experience. I ordered a #44 and a MHI and when it was time to eat it was so enjoyable and flavorful. Hot fresh and made to order. I had no complaints. Portions size was perfect.
The music was not my choice but it was not overwhelming. Also loved see Naruto on the screen. Seems to make the store more inviting. Store was clean and free of any debris on the floor or tables. Bathrooms were stocked and usable. I wish I could have looked at the boh but I’m sure it was clean. I did have one issue but not from the crew more of a design/ management issue: as a former food industry employee the worst thing you can do is stand me infront of an open kitchen and have me work in front of the customers but to the. Force me to eat in the lobby and have people stare at me while they wait for there food as if I’m being lazy when in reality the manager forced me on break to save labor. Smh. They deserve to eat and take a break with some privacy. Rant over lol.

Before I conclude this review I want to give a personal shout out to the Shift leader on duty tonight around 6pm on feb. 11 2026. I forgot her name but she is a very special individual and she should be proud of herself. If you are reading this I know this will not get you a raise but keep your integrity about you and you will go far. I would go into great detail but she is a wonderful person. Eat Jersey Mike not the pedo place!

We need to stop putting kids in charge of kids. While waiting for my sandwich I could see they were making it incorrectly. By the time it got to (im guessing the young man was in charge) he noted that they had messed up the sandwhich and had to remake it. No big deal, but stop goofing off and playing around and do the job. I ordered ahead so I wouldnt wait, ended up being late.
