“Jersey Mike's is very consistent. I've eaten here in 3 different states. My usual for years is the Chipotle cheese steak. Today I had the Italian, Mike's way with the juice and mayo. Incredibly delicious. I know you guys get busy but the tables were dirty. I would wipe them my self if there was a sani bucket within reach.“

“Jordan at the pebble hills Jersey mikes should be recognized. Always the 1st to greet when you enter, super nice and helpful, but the best part is he does the sub in a tub the right way. Usually others just toss everything in don’t chop the Deli meat or tomatoes correctly.“

“First time eating here since the grand opening and I must say it was a very very pleasant experience. I ordered a #44 and a MHI and when it was time to eat it was so enjoyable and flavorful. Hot fresh and made to order. I had no complaints. Portions size was perfect.
The music was not my choice but it was not overwhelming. Also loved see Naruto on the screen. Seems to make the store more inviting. Store was clean and free of any debris on the floor or tables. Bathrooms were stocked and usable. I wish I could have looked at the boh but I’m sure it was clean. I did have one issue but not from the crew more of a design/ management issue: as a former food industry employee the worst thing you can do is stand me infront of an open kitchen and have me work in front of the customers but to the. Force me to eat in the lobby and have people stare at me while they wait for there food as if I’m being lazy when in reality the manager forced me on break to save labor. Smh. They deserve to eat and take a break with some privacy. Rant over lol.
Before I conclude this review I want to give a personal shout out to the Shift leader on duty tonight around 6pm on feb. 11 2026. I forgot her name but she is a very special individual and she should be proud of herself. If you are reading this I know this will not get you a raise but keep your integrity about you and you will go far. I would go into great detail but she is a wonderful person. Eat Jersey Mike not the pedo place!“

My husband and I went in at 9 once thinking they closed at 10, we realized they were closing when we went in but the young man who helped us; I believe his name was Brandon. He still made us our subs although they were closed!! Definitely coming back here!!“
