Thankfully they follow the recipes. The employees are more concerned with their conversations than their job. If they get your order wrong oh well. They act like you're in the wrong. The customer are a bother if we need to ask a question. This has been our experience for the last 3 times we've come to THIS location
I won't go to this location again.

The service here is amazing!
My husband and I went in at 9 once thinking they closed at 10, we realized they were closing when we went in but the young man who helped us; I believe his name was Brandon. He still made us our subs although they were closed!! Definitely coming back here!!

Waited about 5 minutes nobody acknowledged, I was there and i was the only customer in the restaurant at the time. I left I was planning on buying at least $25 worth of product.

All the tables were dirty I had to clean one my self, trash can full, no ice. Personnel is working mostly fulfilling the 1,000 uber eats orders while the store is completely forgotten…

Bad service not paying attention to what I called in. Then were just going to give me what they put together. Gave me a well that's what we made because we didn't add the extra meat.

Great subs Italian is the way to go.

Jersey mikes has the best sandwiches on earth. The original Italian #13 “mikes way” is the way to go. Super fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The best part is the employees, are always very welcoming and work with a smile, which is amazing. Thank you to the staff !! Very inviting and super clean stores. Highly recommend.

Walked in today and the staff was wonderful. They are always so nice. Some none familiar faces that I haven’t seen, but nevertheless they know how to pick them!! Cute smiles all around. Thank you for continuing to be welcoming every time. Love you guys. Ever since y’all opened. Keep doing what you’re doing.
