My first and last time here. Bad customer service and food was not fresh. I can understand at the end of the day toppings are not fresh anymore but at noon time serviving hungry customers withered toppings on sandwich is beyond cheap. I have never been here before so employees were not very patient with me and seemed annoyed with me unfamiliar with menu and my preferences for my sandwich. I paid $25 bucks you think they be courteous enough to ask how i wanted it cut. I just wanted it cut once so I can have two big pieces instead it was cut into 4 small pieces making it difficult to eat. Never, never, never again. I get better service and food at a a subway or McDonald's . There was only one person in front of me but they seemed overwhelmed. Also they couldn't follow my instructions or do it the way i wanted my sandwich. Heard good things but I guess i came at a bad a very bad time because 3 customers in restaurant was too much for the staff of 4 to handle. I'm disappointed and it was a waste of money I couldn't get what I wanted.

Do not ask them to make your sandwich to your liking. When placing my order the girl brushed off my request to personalize my sandwich. I get that this is not 'the Way of the Sub' however certain veggies make me ill.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I specifically asked for a certain type of pepper not to be added to my Philly cheese steak
and it was added disregarded my specification might not ever come back here at all didn’t even eat my sandwich
I couldn’t eat it.

A year ago we walked into this beautiful place and met a young lady by the name of Maya.
The smile was priceless and the welcoming left me and my daughter speechless in the best way.
We got the Philly with steak and it was served to perfection, plus it was delicious.
Every time we see her she greets us the same way as day one and it’s feels so special plus the food is still awesome !
She is the main reason we keep coming back.
Thanks Maya for being so awesome with us and she is definitely an Asset to this company.
Hey y’all ask for her because she makes the best Philly cheese steak in El Paso.

It was really good, however I got chicken instead of beef In my Philly. It was still really good but Beef is definitely better.

Okay, so I ordered a few sandwiches: one for my two-year-old and one for me. They helped me get seated because, let's face it, trying to round up a two-year-old is nuts. They brought our sandwiches to us and were so nice. Great job, guys!

today during my visit, I was greeted by a lady but after that it went downhill since, another lady that was there was treated horribly. She asked about the “sparkling water” drinks you guys had on display and the guy taking the orders replied “it’s a drink” all rude. Then the lady there that’s ringing up orders was mad because the man and woman wanted there fixings on the side she threw it in one bowl like a salad and slammed it on the counter !??? The only lady that gave amazing service was the young lady building the sandwiches. I honestly never will be back to this location. This is unacceptable
