Restaurant was dirty. restrooms really dirty. No paper towels and soap in male restrooms. No greetings. Just what do you want. Staff seemed disorganized and unmotivated. Pretty much the worst jersey Mike's I've been in

Waited for my order for 20-30 mins the restaurant was empty the staff was like 6 people all laughing and playing around. VERY unprofessional. Don’t recommend

I ordered two subs yesterday, one was a #3 Ham & Provolone and the other a #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, well they of which both were regular size but on the #64 they sent me a mini size but charged for a reg. sub. I called grub hub and all they could say is , they must have gotten busy and made a mistake!! The subs are great tasting!!

The day before(6/12/25) I visited Jimi John's thinking it would be better, I was wrong-Jersey Mike's is far, far better. The food(menu,flavor,etc) the service, and the atmosphere. I'm glad I tried Jersey Mike's, I have found my replacement for Subway, finally. Thank you!

The service here is horrible never got to eat the food. The bread is very thin and it reminded me of Quiznos. On my order I had to explain several times what I wanted and still they were making a total different sandwich. And then one line cook being clumsy poured a lot of black pepper (I assume) on the kitchen table and over part of my sandwich and another cook also acting clumsy then poured what it looked like vinegar (I assume) all over the top of the kitchen table and on top of my sandwich. I asked them as to what they were doing? They were just laughing and smiling. I canceled my two orders and left and I will never visit them again. If they act like clowns in front of customers by playing jokes on people’s food I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors. Does this place even have an actual manager or an owner? No one raised their hands…. Stay away from this very expensive soup sandwich with very questionable cooks and service.

my order took forever. It seemed like the manager was way out of it or drunk. The poor people on the line seemed very stressed while the manager sat there and made a fool of herself, trying to make jokes of the situation while they ran out of very important ingredients. I can't remember her name but I'm pretty sure it started with a Z.

Very disappointed, got here since 8 and waited in line for me to order , the workers kept taking forever plus they ran out of bread at 8:30 , this is the worst service ever and they didn’t even offer us sandwiches for next time or anything this is the worst place ever they want to go exactly at 9

My first and last time here. Bad customer service and food was not fresh. I can understand at the end of the day toppings are not fresh anymore but at noon time serviving hungry customers withered toppings on sandwich is beyond cheap. I have never been here before so employees were not very patient with me and seemed annoyed with me unfamiliar with menu and my preferences for my sandwich. I paid $25 bucks you think they be courteous enough to ask how i wanted it cut. I just wanted it cut once so I can have two big pieces instead it was cut into 4 small pieces making it difficult to eat. Never, never, never again. I get better service and food at a a subway or McDonald's . There was only one person in front of me but they seemed overwhelmed. Also they couldn't follow my instructions or do it the way i wanted my sandwich. Heard good things but I guess i came at a bad a very bad time because 3 customers in restaurant was too much for the staff of 4 to handle. I'm disappointed and it was a waste of money I couldn't get what I wanted.

Do not ask them to make your sandwich to your liking. When placing my order the girl brushed off my request to personalize my sandwich. I get that this is not 'the Way of the Sub' however certain veggies make me ill.
I WILL NOT BE BACK.

I specifically asked for a certain type of pepper not to be added to my Philly cheese steak
and it was added disregarded my specification might not ever come back here at all didn’t even eat my sandwich
I couldn’t eat it.
