Always a hit or miss with this location. 50% of the time my order is wrong. The Zaragoza location is better but it’s a HUGE inconvenience having to drive that far. I’ll probably stick to Charlie’s Cheesecake in the same shopping center from now on, haven’t had issues with them yet.

I had a HORRIBLE experience right now at this location I ordered online and walked in to a gentleman saying he got the wrong sandwich which happened to be my sandwich,when I asked for my order because it wasn’t on the shelf I was told just a minute and the young lady then continued to wrap that same sandwich that was opened by the gentleman and his bare hands into my order! Then she handed it me! I refused to take the sandwich and wanted it remade since it was touched by another person and I was met with dirty looks and stares and she was obviously upset. This is disgraceful if they are doing this and it seems normal I will no longer be coming to this location!!

I ordered the #5 and got a ham sandwich instead. Absolutely none of the meats or cheese that were supposed to be in it. So disappointed. I definitely cant recommend.

If you dont eat pork? Then this location is not going to work. Same gloves all the way,even after the cash register. Young and "El Paso" dumb. If you do eat pork then you will be just fine.🤘🏾

Food is delicious, managers always have bitchy attitude towards there coworkers like if the managers are doing the coworkers a favor. Not worth for the coworkers to put up with those kind of attitudes for what they get paid🤷‍♂️ MANAGERS DO BETTER🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
