i order the ultimate porker and big italian sandwich and they forgot to add lettuce , tomato, onion and mayonnaise, I ask if I can have pickles on the side. The sandwiches were bad, I will never go there, next time i will wait until I get to las cruces and buy them there

They work with the most unprofessional towing company (the customer rep literally assaulted me while purposely giving me the run around until I pulled up government site to prove that I had enough proof to get my car). I was towed while I was inside one of the businesses in the complex. Would never go to any of the businesses in this complex until they get a proper towing company to work with. Would avoid this entire area until that towing company no longer works with them and hope the other businesses around them realize how toxic their practices are and force them out.

Like many of the other one star reviews, I experienced disrespectful and condescending customer service. My delivery driver sent a rude text and when I called the store and asked to speak to the manager their response was, “No. Call back later. We’re busy.”The driver also refused to provide me with his name or the manager’s name. This isn’t the first time the person answering the phone has been rude. On another occasion a couple of months ago, I called to check on the status of my order since it had been 50 minutes since I had placed my order. The person who answered replied, you’ll just have to wait we’re very busy and hung up on me. He didn’t even ask for my name or order number.
