They work with the most unprofessional towing company (the customer rep literally assaulted me while purposely giving me the run around until I pulled up government site to prove that I had enough proof to get my car). I was towed while I was inside one of the businesses in the complex. Would never go to any of the businesses in this complex until they get a proper towing company to work with. Would avoid this entire area until that towing company no longer works with them and hope the other businesses around them realize how toxic their practices are and force them out.

Like many of the other one star reviews, I experienced disrespectful and condescending customer service. My delivery driver sent a rude text and when I called the store and asked to speak to the manager their response was, “No. Call back later. We’re busy.”The driver also refused to provide me with his name or the manager’s name. This isn’t the first time the person answering the phone has been rude. On another occasion a couple of months ago, I called to check on the status of my order since it had been 50 minutes since I had placed my order. The person who answered replied, you’ll just have to wait we’re very busy and hung up on me. He didn’t even ask for my name or order number.

I am 73 yr old disabled Veteran and my wife is 71yrs old and we decided to order sandwich after UTEP Basketball game. Jimmy Johns Employee by the Julian took our order. He was very rude and prejudice when taking our order and tossed sandwich on counter when ready. We asked for a bag to place sandwich and didn't bother to sack sandwich, instead pointed very rudely for my wife to sack sandwich herself. This young man should be fired and not work in food service.
