Has ordered a #12 combo. Sandwhich tasted great but the problem was the lack of food contained with it. Barely had anything in it, sandwich was so empty it was flat instead of round like a sub sandwich is supposed to be. I have ordered this sandwich at many other locations and food portions are good there. Ill never come back to this store because of yhe obvious food skimping, i left the location still hungry.

I was genuinely impressed with my recent visit. Javier, Jess, and Elisha did a phenomenal job greeting me and taking my order with professionalism and friendliness. I ordered the Ultimate Italian with a side of pesto, and let me just sayāthis was hands down one of the best sandwiches Iāve had in a long time from this brand.
Every element of the sandwich was spot on. It had the perfect balance of oil and seasoning, and the meats were cooked to a delicious crisp without being overdone. You could tell real care went into crafting itāit was as if magic happened during its preparation.
As someone who has worked in professional kitchens, I have a deep appreciation for quality and execution, and this sandwich exceeded my expectations. I had previously stopped coming due to declining quality, but this experience has completely changed my mind. The improvement is undeniableātheyāve clearly raised the bar.
Highly recommend giving this location a try. Iāll definitely be coming back.

Great place to grab a quick sandwich or wrap during work hours! I personally love the chicken Caesar wrap!! 5 million stars for them because I left my wallet on the counter not thinking (busy day) and the girl came out after me to return it and I really really appreciate that so much!!! Thank you for great service!

The reason it doesn't get 5 stars for me is because of delivery; otherwise, it's great food and dine-in service is acceptable. ... I called in a sandwich meal at 11:05 a.m. and said I'd need it delivered across the street by 12:05 p.m. (my lunch break isn't the longest). App said it was barely getting prepared at 12:10, then the Uber driver arrived at 12:22. Based on the app's tracking, it appeared the Uber driver made decent time. So, I'll be one-and-done with delivery from JJ. But I'll still dine in šš¼
