I was genuinely impressed with my recent visit. Javier, Jess, and Elisha did a phenomenal job greeting me and taking my order with professionalism and friendliness. I ordered the Ultimate Italian with a side of pesto, and let me just say—this was hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time from this brand.
Every element of the sandwich was spot on. It had the perfect balance of oil and seasoning, and the meats were cooked to a delicious crisp without being overdone. You could tell real care went into crafting it—it was as if magic happened during its preparation.
As someone who has worked in professional kitchens, I have a deep appreciation for quality and execution, and this sandwich exceeded my expectations. I had previously stopped coming due to declining quality, but this experience has completely changed my mind. The improvement is undeniable—they’ve clearly raised the bar.
Highly recommend giving this location a try. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great place to grab a quick sandwich or wrap during work hours! I personally love the chicken Caesar wrap!! 5 million stars for them because I left my wallet on the counter not thinking (busy day) and the girl came out after me to return it and I really really appreciate that so much!!! The reason it doesn't get 5 stars for me is because of delivery; otherwise, it's great food and dine-in service is acceptable. ... I called in a sandwich meal at 11:05 a.m. and said I'd need it delivered across the street by 12:05 p.m. (my lunch break isn't the longest). App said it was barely getting prepared at 12:10, then the Uber driver arrived at 12:22. Based on the app's tracking, it appeared the Uber driver made decent time. So, I'll be one-and-done with delivery from JJ. But I'll still dine in 👍🏼

Sandwiches weren't what I expected. They weren't bad, just nothing for my palette. I'd probably still choose another place, say one with an S, or a J, for sure, the one with a C. They were a bit too artificial, giving me that store bought feeling. Not saying they're bad, just not for me, I guess. Customer Service was standard, Atmosphere was clean but with a crowded feel to it.

Just went to the store on Redd Rd. Two guys working. Both cleaning/ dusting the store. Neither of them were friendly. Never said Hello or welcome. The guy that made my sandwich was dusting the light fixture right before he made the sandwich and did not even wash his hands before making the sandwich. Needless to say I got home and threw the sandwich away.

I love jimmys one make them perfect for me but this time he was there so meet the Saddest sandwich made everI wanted a giant number four extra lettuce, cucumber jalapeño jimmy’s pepper ex mayo. This just made extra sad eating it. Sorry it I wasn’t pleased just eating bread for 15 bucks
