The cashier Arleth gave us the most rude attitude, She's not professional at all. when I got home 3 burgers were wrong, not what we ordered. The cheddar bacon burger didn't had cheddar ??♀️, really?. For the price you charge not worth it. Ugly experience, I am very upset! ?

To whom it may concern:Worst customer service since I arrived to Fort Bliss. The manager needs to be replace or get some leadership classes. She doesn’t know how to handle her employees. The employees were using foul language and horsing around in front of the customers. Also, they were eating food while preparing the customer’s food. I spoke to the manager and told me that her name is Karime and basically it was useless, instead of solving the problem she was giving me attitude. So to me the root of the problem is the manager. I will advise all my Soldiers not to eat there or take their families. I was force to grade 1 star but in reality it should be 0 star.

First of all worse service ever! I could have given them 0 stars, but gave me the option for only 1. After waiting for over 15 minutes for 1 order of wings and 1 order of chicken tenders were not even ready, because all employees were playing around, cussing in spanish, listening music on their airpods, touching their caps trying to fix it while cooking, eating and licking their fingers and not even wearing gloves or hair nets, also the place needs to be cleaned up. I asked for my money back because after seeing what they were doing it was so unsanitary. I talked to the manager Karime and she gave me attitude for giving me back my money, and after telling her that her employees were not professional at all by using foul language. I have videos of the employees if a higher up needs to see this please contact me.

The only negative thing i have to say is this place is pricey. But that being said the food was delicious. The burgers were grilled just right with a nice tasty sauce. The fries were not burnt to a crisp but were at nice, slightly salty but wonderfully tasty point. And they served the drinks in actual glasses. Imagine that, a fast food place with real glass. I enjoyed it and would actually visit the mall just to get one. Hopefully one opens up on the eatside soon. Tluv

Grear flavor! Love the food.!!!! The service....terrible. the lady forgot my second order and was on the phone. After a while (like 20min) asked for my food and she asked me for the ticket like i didnt order anything else. I showed her my number on the table and shes like: oh ! Ok. But... No apologies. But its fine. I was hungry lol.

The 3 people working here don't know anything about customer service or cleanliness.. everything is very disgusting and dirty.. this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. The floor and walls are black . The trash is over filled. The doors are nasty black and dirty. The soda machine is over filled with ice and is all over the floor. The employees have air pods in their ears and to top it off the guy cooking has gloves on to supposedly keep his hands clean but keeps on scratching his head and his nose without changing the glove

Customer service/employees are all on their phones, talking to each other more than they were cooking, providing service, or cleaning the tables. I ordered cheese tots and then 5 minutes later they came to me and said they didn’t have more tots and asked if fries were okay, I guess? I mean, I already paid… then it took another 15 minutes for a simple plate of cheese fries to come out. People were waiting a long time for their food and all the employees were standing around joking, talking about weddings, and whatnot. No management member was seen and there was a lot of merchandise on the counters, didn’t clean any of the tables, and floors were sticky.

Very bad service! Order a grilled chicken salad and fries. There was only 2 more customers waiting for their food. I order at 4:09 p.m. it is 4:45 p.m. and Im still waiting for my chicken salad. I asked Karime (employee) if she knew how much longer for my salad and she just said “oh” and walked away. I waited more than an 45 minutes just for my fries to be cold. Seems like the 2 employees don’t like their job. The cook guy was at a very very slow-paced . No customer service whatsoever.

Service and surroundings could use a ton of improvement. The cash register clerk wasn't paying attention to my order. They forgot some of my orders as well. Place should be kept clean as possible, some people come here to dine. Milkshakes and fries were good.

My experiences with Johnny Rockets in Hawaii and other states have been great. This one is not like any Ive been to before. First the staff is very unwelcoming, unprofessional, and unapproachable. When I went to order, a lady by the name of Karen was working the front counter. She was very unwelcoming and eye rolling the whole time I was trying to order. She was also mumbling where I could not understand and had to ask multiple times for her to repeat herself. After I ordered I went to my table and asked for ketchup from who I assume was the manager (male with mid-fade and a bow tie), he assured me he would bring some to my table and completely forgot as he along with Karen and the rest of the staff were surrounding Karen looking at her phone (unprofessional), all the while other customers were waiting. Also noticed that the same male was getting a haircut across from the Johnny Rockets as we came in and while he was in the kitchen he was dusting himself off (unsanitary). There was another lady that worked in the kitchen who was typing on her phone with her gloves on! Very unsanitary smh.. they didn't even have napkin stations nor asked if we needed any, the whole place looked run down and dirty and very unwelcoming. The staff is also incompetent as I saw other customers going through a mixup of orders with the staff...I will not come back to this Johnny Rockets at all, very disappointed. I would rate lower than a 1 if that was an option. Staff 0/5 for being unprofessional, 0/5 stars for being very unwelcoming, 0/5 stars for being inattentive, 0/5 stars for cleanliness and condiments/napkins. Do not go here, go to ChickfilA or other nearby restaurants. No wonder why this place dead and has no customers.

The food is great, although their punctuality is a bit lacking. Their website says they open at 11 AM, but on multiple occasions we have waited until 11:30 AM for them to open. Management needs to address this with their employees as it makes for a bad customer experience.
