The Big Johnny was amazing! We also tried the coleslaw, chili beans, and potato salad; all of which were phenomenal. Every time I’m on the west side, I’ll be stopping here for sure!
Johnny's is a classic hole in the wall BBQ operation with smokey meats and cool sides. The ambiance is non existant, however, the friendly service and delicious backyard style BBQ more than makes up for it. The beef brisket is juicy, tender, as well as having hints of hard wood. This establishment exceeds the quality of other competitors in the city. Go to Johnny's for smoked meat done right.
**First timer review**Nice local spot. The rumors were definitely true. Great flavors and portions sizes. Fast, hot, and simple. They’ll even clean the table for you. 9/10 absolutely recommend for soothing those bbq cravings.
