Workers on their phones.
Chicken undercooked.
No uniforms.
They were basically begging for good reviews saying new management but there’s no toys no variety for painting no anything. This place is dirty they only clean where they think you can see most.
Disgusting. Also the cars don’t even work the tires are all falling off and the boats just go in circles

If I could give zero stars I would, horrible management. Everything is out of order or there’s nothing available. It used to be more enjoyable years ago when management used to care, and now it seems like they’re just trying to get a buck. No customer service or knowledge on dealing with a business having to do with children.

Worst experience ever to say the least. I took my son here yesterday and I wish I hadn't. The pizza was severely undercooked and unpleasant. When I tried to complain they were severely understaffed and were not wearing any type of clothing identifying that they worked there . The older lady who finally came to check on us she was extremely rude and didn't really help fix the problem. I have a 1 year old how could someone serve that kind of food out to the public and expect us to pay for it? Completely unacceptable I do not recommend going here.

If I could give no stars I would..
we always come and it is a welcoming experience however, last night the staff took long to help us and looked completely incompetent at every station including the front desk right when we came in. No one was in uniforms and were just talking to eachother which made our visit more difficult.
They put my child in a boat that was so deflated I was worried for their safety. The blue car we rode in was slower than usual when I got out of the seat I noticed the tires were flat. We weren’t allowed to use the other cars because they were out of order.
The restrooms were dirty and there was no toilet paper what so ever in the woman’s restroom.
The food was disappointing… they had new cooks and they clearly looked like they never worked in a kitchen before.. the soda was flat. My pizza was hot and cold at the same time it was severely undercooked.. really seemed like a health hazard.
It was cold inside during my visit I was told no one knew how to turn on the heater??
In the foam factory there were no balls to play with which was odd. The only thing to do was use the slides which look like they had not been wiped down. We went to enjoy the disco room and it wasn’t on either?? Again they continued to explain that they didn’t know how to turn it on.
The ceramics offered look like the ones I bought from hobby lobby for my kids at a fraction of the price.. I asked to speak to the manager and was pointing in the direction of a lady I have never seen before. When I asked again to speak to Ariel the manager I was told she was no longer employed there.. the head cook was also no longer employed there which brought light to the mess I had walked into. What an unfortunate experience. It lacked structure, knowledge and customer service. I would never spend my money or time here again. It is not what it used to be and we were just here two weeks ago when they had no ceramics and an employee let me know the new owners did not bring them. After reading other reviews it has become clear that the owners have no knowledge in hospitality or food service. They have no staff. Inadequate food supply, out of date menus. The only things they have to offer is a axe throwing game that is run down as if dogs were chewing on the axes and balls to throw and cable.. which I have at home.
Had I known it was this bad I would have gone across the street to sky zone or Peter piper.
I feel sorry for anyone who comes here.

The service at Jungle Jaks was disappointing from the start. The facility was uncomfortably cold, and despite assurances from an older staff member, nothing was done to address it. The menu had limited options, and when food was ordered, the pizza was undercooked, with raw dough and unmelted cheese. In the game area, many games appeared worn out and dirty. Additionally, the ceramics section was unavailable, leaving my child upset despite money being spent for painting. Overall, the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. Would not recommend this place.

Terrible experience at Jungle Jaks. The facility was dirty, overcrowded, and poorly maintained. The owner was rude and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests. Many of the play areas and equipment looked unsafe and worn out, with no supervision to ensure kids’ safety. The food was overpriced and low quality, and the wait times were ridiculous. To make matters worse, the place felt chaotic and disorganized, making it impossible to enjoy the visit. I would not recommend this place to anyone—definitely not worth the time or money. Great staff bad owners

HORRIBLE!!!!!, the place is VERY dirty and unsanitary. the food is horrendous and taste days old and the vegetables as well. very pricey and not worth the money trust me.

Horrible!! Way to expensive and half the play stations were not open. Literally nothing available on their food menu. Add bathrooms were unsanitary toilets overflowing when I brought it to an employee's attention all they can say was oh is it still clogged okay. If I could give it zero Stars I would. Don't waste your money taking your kids here

I would like to express a BIG thank you to the staff and team at Jungle Jaks. As any parent, you want to give your child the best birthday, and I feel that was accomplished this past Sunday. I had planned my child’s event for 1/26/2025 and booked it on 1/12/2025. We had not received a call from staff for confirmation. My husband called during the week to confirm, to which we spoke with a man (our mistake was not getting the name of the employee we spoke with). The employee confirmed our daughter’s birthday event. On 01/24/2025 I had a hunch to go physically to Jungle Jaks to speak with staff and see the party room for the event. When I arrived the front desk, employee appeared to be confused and lost. She advised us that our daughters’ event was not on the calendar and asked to see a receipt, which I provided. Once she saw my receipt she looked at me and said, “Honestly, I’m quitting today, today is my last day here so I don’t know”, and continued to state a lot of staff quit, and informed me of no refunds. My heart instantly sunk, my daughters’ event was two days away. No one had contacted me, or informed me of any of this. I guess apparently, Jungle Jaks got bought out and now is under new ownership. All the employees just quit and did not inform the new owners of my daughters event. As I am learning all of this information (which was a nightmare) the new Manager observed what the front desk personnel was doing and saying. The Manager stepped in and advised of changes being made but advised that my event would be perfect. I was nervous, but the day of the event, it was a breeze. Despite everything, the food was great, every attraction was open, and there wasn’t a moment where the owner or manager wasn’t in communication with me. The team delivered and made things right and went up and beyond for us! I’ve been to Jungle Jaks in the past and it always felt a little chaotic, but this past Sunday everything went smoothly! I believe Jungle Jaks was left in good hands to an owner who cares! Thank you, guys, for making my daughters birthday amazing!
