1st call I made to order had to hang up because I couldn't understand girl's accent plus she was extremely soft spoken. (Not a good telephone person). So when I asked her how much delivery was, I had to ask her 3 times because in her tiny voice,she would talk about the limit cost to Qualify for delivery; before just answering, 'How much was the delivery charge.
Upon receiving order, although everything was nice & hot 1/2 of the Chicken Wings I ordered, (the Garlic, Parmesan ones), were somewhat rawish; like they needed 2 to 3 minutes more of cooking time. I could not eat them like that. Am I entitled to some credit?
Also the pizza lacked Sauce. Almost dry and tasteless because of it. Otherwise, I love JV'S.
Also, delivery cost is expensive

What's the point of ordering online if they can't get order done on time. I ordered ahead of time, got there and even walked around looking at other stores just to give them alittle more time. I went into there establishment and sat down told them I was waiting for my pizzas I ordered. I saw people come in and leave with pizzas. I saw where they pulled my pizzas I ordered and saw a person give it away to someone else. I went up to them and the girl that was helping me out went saw it was missing one and told me that I had to wait because the pepperoni wasn't ready. I got upset and asked if they gave it away and she looked at me and asked if I wanted to talk to the manager. I told her I just want my pizzas. She ask again and I said yes. She went up to another lady and they talked to each other I guess about the pizza. I sat back down and waited. The manager handed me the pizza, didn't even apologize, I asked for a corporate number, she said it was family owned(no wonder). Needless to say I won't be back nor will my friends and family. Should have just went to the other family owed place further down the road.

New to the area, tried this place out and we all really enjoyed it. Was excited to see they have a calliflour option in case we have glue free friends over.
Ordered online for pickup. I really like that you can order a specialty pizza with 1/2 one type and 1/2 another. Made for a fun pizza night with the family and gave us the variety we wanted without excess leftovers. For our family this is perfect and we will order regularly!

Taste bad doesn't have seasoning very flat too much grease not recommended and high prices
Pizza is good, but the last 2 times, my child and I got the boneless chicken wings, and we ended up getting sick. I will not be buying the chicken anymore, just the pizza only.
