Let me start by saying that I love the ramen here. Unfortunately that's the only good thing about this place. We (my family and I) have been here several times and it's always the same story. The place is cramped so if you don't like small spaces stay away. The waiters/waitresses are all very rude. Have not had a nice experience with any of them and they always seem annoyed as soon as you walk in. This last time was the straw that broke the camels back though because not only were we waiting a long time for them to take our order but they started taking orders from folks who came in after us. I don't mind waiting but if you're just going to ignore us we won't be coming back.

Sat at the table for 15 minutes and got skipped a few times. Waitress said she was going to get us next but didn’t even take our drink order.

I've been to a number of ramen spots around El paso. Kaedama is definitely top tier for ramen. Ive only ever tried the thiccboi with level 2 spice but that's all a food lover needs. Their pork buns and pork gyozas are great appetizers. Perfect spot for those rare cloudy days in the 915.

Kaedama is one of those hidden West Side standouts that feels equal parts divey and hipster cool. Tiny spot up in the hills with limited seating inside and out, but big on flavor and personality. Think sushi burritos, birria ramen, and even veggie + vegan options — all the fun twists you don’t expect but absolutely love. It’s always busy (for good reason), but totally worth the wait. Such a vibe.

Great little restaurant. You're given a complimentary second serving of ramen noodles. Love coming to this place. Not expensive at all.
