Bulgogi was dry, kimchi did not taste good at all and neither did the jigae smh im very disappointed with the amount i spent i would expect the taste to be amazing! The only thing that id go back for is the Gimbap… I lived in SK so I had high expectations on flavor and quality smh very disappointed.

The place looks very depressing but the food is delicious and plentiful, the asian waitress had trouble talking to me in English, we had issues communicating on what exactly I wanted, so I used Google translate to help out and was very thankful, even gave me extra food on top of what I already requested.
Parking: Small parking shared with other stores but we're plenty at the time.

The bul gogi was overcooked. The sides tasted old. The grilled Makarel was not Makarel nor grilled. It had to be Tilapia and it was fried. The prices were extremely high for the poor food we ate. And they guilt you into tipping too. We don't like to make a fuss so we just ate and left. Never coming back.

If you are craving Authentic and delicious Korean Food, I highly recommend Kalbi House. I had the Yaki mandu and was taken back to my day in South Korea. The Kimbap oh the portion was so much you can get full from that alone. Finally the Yuk Gae Jang soup it took my breath away. If you love Mexican food than Korean food is right up your alley. Yuk Gae Jang is like eating a spicy but delicious Caldo de Res. I highly recommend. The service, well lets just I plan on being a regular at least once a week. Bon Appetit El Paso Tx.

Kalbi House not what it used to be.Unfortunately, ordered the BBQ chicken it was was sour. After bringing this to the attention of our server, hoping for a resolution, but she seemed to disregard our request to remove it or bring a different dish.
The server spoke with the cook, who claimed the chicken had been prepared that day and even tasted it from our plate. Ultimately, we were still charged for the dish despite our concerns. Dissatisfied with bbq sour chicken as well as the service.

The people that work at this location are amazing!!!! I called about 20 min before they closed they told me they will hold the kitchen open for me so I could place my order. The woman that was our server was truly kind and very helpful with. As someone that lives in Los Angeles I can say I am spoiled when it come to Korean food. But this place was definitely ok for what it was. The KimBop was my favorite (it's hard to find in El Paso) the price is a bit on the higher side but I would definitely come by for the amazing service and kind people.
