This KFC can be very hit or miss, sometimes I wait 30 minutes for an online order I placed 30 minutes before I even got to the restaurant. Others the gravy is so watery I don't know how they manage to serve it. However the chicken has never been stale, and the food is generally yummy! I definitely recommend the pie poppers, they never go wrong with those!

AVOID THE FRIES. They serve previously fried potatoes and sell them as fresh. They taste oversalted and the outer crust feels like rough cardboard due to the lack of moisture caused by being fried multiple times. Buy fries somewhere else. Chicken is still as expected from KFC.

Mom is on her way home after a long day of work to pick up dinner from this location. Orders the family meal and asks to substitute the coleslaw for something else. Pulls up to the window and asks the associate in their face if they change the coleslaw and told her yes and she gets home to have the coleslaw instead of the substitute. Don't bother coming to this location since the crew has cotton in their ears.

It was mine and my twins first time trying KFC, I was really disappointed. We ordered an eat for 2 meal and a bucket of chicken. The bucket of chicken was good, however the chicken strips in the meal were dry and tough to eat along with the chicken inside the sandwiches. We ordered online and when we arrived we still had to wait 15 minutes for our order and to top it off the people working were rude.

I didn't get everything that I ordered. I drove home and went back to the store. One associate was friendly. However, the supervisor wasn't. Good thing my receipt was emailed to me. In the end, I got what they didn't give me. I'm on the fence about going back.

I only gave it a four-star rating because they did not have the desired favorite green beans on hand anymore. And we had asked for a mixed crispy thighs and legs and we got breasts and thighs instead. And no crispy was there. Since this review, they have always had green beans!! So I raised the stars!!!
