I hate arguing with the employees about not wanting wings in my orders. This KFC is the only one I have to argue with about wings.

Don't waste your time here. I ordered delivery and things were missing. I had to waste time and gas (after paying delivery fee and tip) for things were missing. I asked for my order to be remade and they repackaged the food I returned and gave it back to me. The stuff missing was hot and fresh whereas the rest wasn't. I called corporate and I'm having to fight to get my delivery fees refunded. I spent over $70 and they (corporate) thinks $10 is reasonable when that doesn't cover the delivery fee and tip i gave plus my gas. Also, apparently they were out of my sauces and replaced with what they wanted and told me it's the delivery drivers fault he didn't tell me about the substitution even though, with the cashiers attitude, I'm almost certain he didn't tell the delivery driver. I won't ever be back to this sorry location.

I don’t know why I even bother with this place, every time I come it’s a bad experience. Waiting almost an hour for a combo meal? All because I ordered on the app and the employees don’t know how to take a look at their online orders.

Drive thru, ordered 2 boxes of chicken tenders for 5 dollars each, my favorite is the chicken little sandwiches ordered 4 i love this because they have great flavor well done 👍

Mobile order supposedly ready at 5:15pm, but still waiting for food at 5:35pm. Manager became irritated because I was waiting my mobile order kiosk and demanded I sit down and wait. Not a pleasant experience.
The food was fine, but I had to wait an extra 15 minutes even though I ordered ahead. It wasn’t busy, so the delay was disappointing. Service could be better.

It was very obvious that they were trying to turn me away stating that it's a 25 to 35 min wait and they asked me fbjs question 3 times as if my answer would change. It's 2 hours until.closing time they are clearly trying to close up ad the floors were being g mopped and they didn't have any food ready ? I don't know why I keep coming back.. this place has had horrible customer service for years and never has any food available...

The worst service I ever had Sergio Gallegos literally push me out of the restaurant. Just because I ask at what time my order would be ready since I already had waiting 20+ minutes and they already had it mark as complete
