My family and I had a bad experience when we went through the drive thru. The place was mostly empty, so we decided to get some chicken sandwiches. We ordered 4 of them, and they said we had to wait 10 minutes for them. They told us to park to wait, but we ended up waiting 30 minutes in the parking lot. Nobody ever came out, so we went inside to go ask and they said it was our fault for parking in the wrong spot to wait. I would’ve been more understanding if the place was packed and would’ve taken the blame. But there was only 3 cars in the parking lot with no one inside and no one in the drive thru. That’s just straight rude and lazy on their part. We used to come to this place often, but I’m never visiting this location again. What a joke.

This is such a Bad KFC. Almost 30 minutes for a 3 simple combos. I dont know if they properly trained their employees before putting them in the kitchen from the looks of it they clearly miss the mark. I understand work can be boring sometimes but messing around during work hours for the long it show they dont care. Worst experience ever

Waited almost an hour for an order.Last night I went ubering and I got an order from this place I accepted and showed up to the restaurant. I get there around 9:30, I get down and try to open the door and it is closed there is no sign of saying to use the drive thru or anything I see the workers there and decide to knock but I get ignored by them. I decide to go through the drive thru and they proceed to tell me to wait in the to go parking once there I waited and got the order at almost 10:30 almost a whole hour for this food, not only that I decide to call them at 10:02 to see what was going on they said 5 more minutes it wasn’t ready in five more minutes. If this is how long they take to serve food it shouldn’t be considered a fast food restaurant not even a regular restaurant takes that long to give you your food. Plus usually when I accept an order in Uber the order is already ready so this was just another level of bad service.
