Twice now I have ordered online and when I show up to get the food, after it says it was ready, I had to wait at least 10 minutes. And both times I ordered extra crispy 12 piece meals and I get told by the “manager on duty”- “ the extra crispy is not available but I got you original recipe” I tell them not what I ordered and I get told well this is what we have as other customers also ordered the extra crispy so we are out. So a customer orders something and you just decide to change things every time!!!???? What type of customer service is that? And nobody has responded to my concern on the contact us also! Great way to drive customers away!

Since they have opened the Eastlake location, they have never failed to disappoint. They seem to always be out of something and I have yet to go there and not have to drive up and wait for my order to the tune of 15-20 mins. I quit going until recently when I decided to try again after about 8 months. Again told to move to the front of the line to wait 5 mins on fries. After 20 minutes, I had to go in to get them myself. Never again.

The chicken was very ugly, almost raw, it wasn't crispy, I didn't like it, it was the first time I went, the cashier was very friendly, there's no doubt about that...

How do you schedule an order and not have it ready? What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? Said two minutes until I receive my order, why has 15 minutes passed? The service is terrible, if you want KFC go to another location or just find something across the damn street.
