Since they have opened the Eastlake location, they have never failed to disappoint. They seem to always be out of something and I have yet to go there and not have to drive up and wait for my order to the tune of 15-20 mins. I quit going until recently when I decided to try again after about 8 months. Again told to move to the front of the line to wait 5 mins on fries. After 20 minutes, I had to go in to get them myself. Never again.

How do you schedule an order and not have it ready? What’s the point of ordering ahead of time? Said two minutes until I receive my order, why has 15 minutes passed? The service is terrible, if you want KFC go to another location or just find something across the damn street.

Chicken flavor was not "original " soggy and spices weren't on target, menu is extremely misleading!
Honestly, I'm not sure how KFC is still open. I have never been a fan but decided to give them another try because of a special offer they had going on. The chicken was not at all crispy, the skin was so thick and chewy. It all went to the trash, and I was left hungry and disappointed at myself for spending money on them. No more KFC for me...

We were pleasantly surprised with the service and food quality! The server helped us at the order kiosk and was super professional and polite. The food was served piping hot and the chicken is really fresh and juicy! We love our experience here and will come back again! 5 star service! ⭐️

We bought some chicken at this place. The chicken tasted like fish, the skin was falling off the chicken. It tasted horrible. It made my husband and I sick. I’m assuming that oil must be really old and dirty for the chicken to taste like fish. Never going to this place again. We had a bad case of food poisoning. You need to start paying attention to how you guys are cooking that food before you kill somebody.
