Went through the drive-thru at 5:32pm. Was told to park and wait for the food. I went inside at 6pm because I had not received my order. I was told they didn’t know what was going on and it would be a few more minutes. I went back into my car waited another 15 minutes, and I went back demanding a refund. This time I caught the workers clowning around, leaning against walls, no frying baskets in the fryer and workers were saying they didn’t feel like cooking. The manager said she didn’t know what’s going on and that she was sorry. I asked for my refund. They said they couldn’t give it at that point. I was very upset and demanded a refund by cash which I received. Go to Raising Cane’s across the street. 5 min wait at the max.

I placed a mobile order for 2 orders of the 3pc tenders one with mashed potatoes and one with potato wedges. I also had a free sandwich and decided to order extra potato wedges. They didn't put in the extra even tho I paid for it and instead of mashed potatoes on the one they put potato wedges in it. I tried calling the store and at one point got hung up on! Very unprofessional and unorganized.

The lady working the window at 5:30pm on Jan 15,2026 was rude, impatient and presumptuous trying to force me to order something I didn’t ask for. My other experiences here at this location have been positive up until this day.
Update: 6:04pm The same lady tries to give us our order at my car and when we tell her this is not what we ordered, she tells my husband that “they didn’t put in the order.” Who is they?! You mean you?! No accountability no apology. This lady is sadly the Manager. I give props to her workers who were all trying to help, but definitely not her.

Went today through the drive through the girl taking my order said it was a 5 minute wait for original chicken, waiting in the parking lot over 10 minutes. I had to go inside to request my order. There was another customer outside waiting for his order that also had to go inside to request his order. We asked why was it taking so long and they did not had an explanation. I finally get my order, I get home and missing the gravy. This is not the first time I go to this location and I have to go inside the store to request my order due to waiting time.

Stopped by KFC today and honestly left impressed. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving comfort food. Crispy chicken, solid sides, and quick service made it an easy win. Sometimes simple done right is all you need.
