Biscuits were very hard. Cashier and mgr made it right immediately. Thank you. On our way out they gave us a chocolate cake. Very clean and delicious two thumbs up

I've been here a dozen times since they opened to order lunch thru drive thru. Food has always been hot, fresh and delicious. One time they forgot a side but they are always professional and hard working. I'll be back!

We went drive-thru. I usually don't go to KFC. This was probably the fifth time in my life I went to one and I'm in my 30s. Anyway, we were helped by Damian. He was very nice and honestly, it's true when they say, "you are the face of the company" and he made KFC look really good to the point that I thought to myself, "Why don't I come here more often? Oh yeah, cuz I'm poor, I only came here today because I had coupons that came in the mail, but if things were different, I should come more often!" They forgot the mashed potatoes but we noticed immediately and went back to the drive thru and got them and I think his manager told him to give us a lemon cake for the inconvenience (it wasn't really an inconvenience but I'm not saying no to a free lemon cake). The food was given to us pretty fast, it tasted really good, I wish the corn portion was a bit bigger though, but it was still good. Honestly, I want to go back and after the service I got, I feel more inclined to return sooner, rather than later. So thanks Damian, you made us want to go to KFC more often!! Somebody give this guy a raise, cuz I'm going back soon!

Normally I am very understanding with restaurants, especially in this area at lunch time as it is very busy.

But today was the 4th time I have been to this location and my order through the drive through has been wrong 3 of the 4 times.

In the three times I have been given the incorrect order I have been asked to pull into a parking spot to wait, and the first two times it was only about a 5 minute wait and once I realized the order was wrong I was able to go in and get it corrected quickly.

Today however I had to park and wait for close to 20 minutes l, while cars that were behind me in line got their food and left. When they came out and handed me the food the man working stated it was my order but stated the wrong number of items I repeated my order and asked if he was sure it was correct and he said yes. Checked and it was not correct number of chicken strips or sides. So after waiting in a parking space for almost 20 minutes I had to go inside and once inside they took the food back and said the would correct it, but disappeared in the back for a few minutes. I needed to get back to work so I told the person at the counter to forget it and I needed to leave to get back to work so walked out without my food. When I was backing my vehicle up the person came back outside and offered me the original incorrect number of strips with the right sides saying I would need to wait as they made more if I wanted the right meal. I told him I did not have time and was going to be late back to work. He offered to take my name for a free meal the next time I come, but I needed to leave and at this point do not know if i will be giving them another chance so declined. There are to many other choices in this area that I have never had issues with for me to keep coming back here.

The only time my order has been correct was the one time I was not asked to pull forward and wait.

If you are going to ask people to park and wait you should make notes about the vehicle and make sure the orders are correct . Like I had mentioned I try to be understanding but 3 out of 4 times for my order to be wrong after an being asked to park wait is just getting ridiculous.

I've always been patient when it comes to this location when ordering through drive thru. They always have us park and wait while they get food ready. It usually takes no more than 5min before receiving my food after finding a parking spot.Today was ESPECIALLY hard to be patient. I was completely forgotten about. I waited about 20min before deciding to go inside and tell them I was still waiting on the food I ordered. Their response? "Oh they didn't bring it out to you?" I only saw 2 people working. 2! And neither one of them could check if they got everything out to the customers?? There were no other people in the drive thru. There were no other customers waiting to get their food when I went inside.I was late getting back to work from my lunch break and my child, who I was getting the food for, didn't get to eat for lunch.No, I don't want to be contacted to get some kind of discount or free meal or whatever.No, I will not be going back to this location. I'd rather drive longer and get my food faster at the next closest location than come back here.

So far every time we order on line they forget something, the app says the food is ready, but yet when I get there they always make me wait another 20 to 30 minutes. What's the point of getting there at the time they tell you and the food isn't ready what happened to fast food. This is unacceptable!!!

For a new KFC I was not satisfied with the food to begin with I order a Pepsi not a cup of ice 3 sips into my soda and I was done with it sloppy af no spoons or anything to eat our coleslaw or mashed potatoes chicken was bit dry and hard and atmosphere is just dead not a vibe don't feel like going back
