I am a 65 year old man I always go down there with my wife on January the the first I asked to use the restroom after having supper I had a emergency to use the restroom I asked the cashier that they were cleaning them I stood there she took her sweet time I told her that I could use it real quick please she said that she was cleaning them I said they're already clean I have been there when I got there earlier she ignore me and went to the women's restroom to clean I could have used the men's what she was in the other restroom she had her ear plugs on very inconsiderate I had the accident there in my pants I ran out to my car will my wife continue eating her supper I will take my business to another KFC around town I hope they clean the sidewalk I leaked all over the place will all due respect s*** happens

Last night, I tried this particular KFC again after several issues that I had in the past with the service from its employees, unfortunately, they failed again by not having the food that they should provide to the customer on hand second of all the chicken was half cooked and grease running through the box so bad that it was leaking through the container. I have had enough of problems with KFC to where I’m done wasting my money!

Friendly employees and good service. As far as the food goes though, I remember the bowls being much fresher and more flavorful. My bowl was mushy with too much gravy, the chicken was bland...the ingredients just weren't as fresh or good as I remembered them to be from years past. KFC, don't be like other food chains and cut down on quality!
