Worst customer service!! Bunch of teenagers with no manners .. I had to take some un cooked chicken back .. n they kept saying it was cooked . You can tell they can cook for themselves. Manager the worst !! I did call corporate .. I will never ever go again !!

I would like to give them 5 negative stars!!….. This is the second time I come through the drive through and I’m told that they do do not have crispy chicken and both times I asked if they can make some more and was told no!

Signage on door clearly says lobby open until 10:00pm. We arrived at 9:00. Cashier told us dining area was open. Went to sit down and young girl mopping floors scolded us saying dining area is closed! So which is it?!!!POOR customer svc & we won’t be back! Not sure how they stay open with so many poor reviews!!

Horrible experience they have a rude Manager we ask her nicely can you put our order separate and she didn't we ask her can you give us a bag and she literally throw it into my moms face the managers name is Cynthia please be careful when choosing your stuff thank you have a nice day

Probably one of the worst KFCs in El Paso. I ordered a 5 piece tender box for $15 and it was just all bad. First off I only got 3 tenders, and two very small pieces, basically nuggets. The tenders were hard, dry and old, they barely filled my fries, probably only 10 per containers, they only gave me one sauce and not even the sauce I had requested, and they gave me a completely crumbled biscuit. To say the least, I got sick after eating and frankly I don’t recommend going here if you want to get terrible food and cooks who can’t even own up to their mistakes when you call and confront them about their errors.

I asked for napkins (10), because I got none! . l got 4. They don't know how to count. my order was mex pizza, nacho bell grande. Used my fingers, no fork or spoon. Not satisfied at all. Nasty people.?☠️

Really rude service from one of the associates there. Notified her that there wasn't anymore root beer and the attitude that she gave was, well if there isn't any than we don't have any. Really, didn't even bother checking to see if there was any in the back. The laziness wow.

I order through the drive through got my order and go home. Im about to enjoy my meal and when check my order the biscuits where missing. It is frustrating to have to verify if they give the right order and been incomplete. That is what they get pay for. MISSING PART OF THE ORDER IS FRUSTRATING

Incompetent the guy asked for my order 3 times (not paying attention?) At the window he read my order wrong again-I CORRECTED HIM order still came out wrong -like the last 4 times I've been there -keep giving them a chance to prove me wrong. It doesn't take a diploma to serve food . Just common sense - I'd like to get what I pay for at least once
