I frequently go to this kfc, however today when I stopped by to pick up a family meal I was extremely disappointed. Once I arrived home and opened the bag the two large family sides were fill about 1/4. The cole slaw had enough does about a serving and a half. The mashed potatoes were also very empty. This was supposed to be a family meal but it wasn't enough for the family.

I don't know what has happened to KFC. Chicken seems like they are cut in half, and very little seasoning. But the price $50 for the simple family meal? Add to this most locations always seem to be out of chicken and wanna push the mini strips.

Horrible experience. Hair in food and fries that were extremely old. Took it back, they replaced the order and when I turned around the guy is laughing. Spoke to the manager like a Karen, she didn’t care either. They are sweeping at 8 pm and contaminating the food. Probably the worst KFC I have ever been to. Decided to leave the food and just get something else. The manager on July 4th at 8 pm, you should be fired for your indifference and for sweeping, not washing hands and handling food. No wonder there was a hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting place.

We went through the drive thru. My first time at this KFC, we didn't go in, so I'm unable to answer about atmosphere. Everything we ordered was really delicious. Chicken tenders were tasty & quite juicy! Hope it continues that way.
My experience was not at this store but through door dash deliver/ neither party was able to assist me with missing food items/ something so simple as to just apologize and send my missing items was rockrt science/ first you find out store does not have a mgr or assistant mgr available/ supervisor Bradley was useless/ will not be ordering no more after eating Kentucky since childhood/ will be canceling DoorDash next/ you think they would be of more assistance after raising their delivery charges sky high!!!

Bradley Armani the service was horrible all the kids walking around doing nothing. Poor customer service took 45 mins to get a order. They should hire entire staff. The little girl standing flirting in window.. bad service
