My experience was not at this store but through door dash deliver/ neither party was able to assist me with missing food items/ something so simple as to just apologize and send my missing items was rockrt science/ first you find out store does not have a mgr or assistant mgr available/ supervisor Bradley was useless/ will not be ordering no more after eating Kentucky since childhood/ will be canceling DoorDash next/ you think they would be of more assistance after raising their delivery charges sky high!!!

And yet again, I sit here waiting for DoorDash to deliver my KFC order. The DoorDash driver has been waiting for freaking ever at KFC. This location is the worst. They don’t have enough people working for them and the ones who are there are incompetent. This is not rocket science people. I can’t cancel my order or rather don’t want to because evidently the refund is only for the tip and delivery fee or something like that. It’s just very small portion of what you actually paid. It’s just ridiculous. I wish my ankle wasn’t sprained and I could’ve driven over there myself. El Paso absolutely sucks when it comes to DoorDash and GrubHub drivers, most of whom don’t speak English , I’ve found out.

Came here after having a bad experience at store 3490 on Joe battle and the difference is day and night. I got served at 7:30 with the best customer service , the guy was quick and really nice and professional. Great customer service 👍
I understand that KFC is fast food. Still, it is pricy, and the chicken is mediocre. If you're in a hurry, it will do. Be warned, a lot of the pieces are so emanciated, all you get are breaded bones.

This KFC always has strange service issues literally every time we go. This is the reason we hadn't been there for quite a while prior to this most recent visit. The young man who took our order first told me that the extra crispy chicken I ordered would need to be cooked, and it would take about 20 minutes. He came back a few minutes later and said it was going to take 40 minutes. When I asked to cancel and refund the order, it took a long time for the manager to come see me. When the manager asked me why I wanted to cancel the order, I told him. He then took the original young man over and showed him the chicken that he needed for our order. I really don't know what to think about this place.
