My friend ordered first with no problem. Young man left counter. I waited 5 minutes then told him I wanted to order. He said ok but left and never returned. After another 5 minutes another young man came to take my order. Started the order, took my coupon and left counter to do other drive thru orders. I asked another young man if someone could take my order. He said they were very busy. I asked to speak to the manager as I had been waiting 15 minutes at the counter by then. After another 5 minutes manager takes my order, apologizes and to his credit gives me discount. After almost 30 minutes I get my order when only 1 other person was in the restaurant. They obviously cater to drive thru orders.These young men need a lesson in customer service and common courtesy. I will NOT be returning anytime soon.

This establishment is such an embarrassment. I've been reading the reviews about this place and it is sad that nothing is being taken care of. Every single time we go to order food from here, they are always out of something. I think it's just laziness. The employees do not want to prep up more chicken for the customers. And then to top it off, the employees are so very rude, just like today towards my wife, and act like we are inconveniencing them. If we are such a big bother to your employees then they need to quit. It is obvious that management and the team do not care about the people of the community. This review will be going to the corporate office in Kentucky I guarantee you that. Re-hire people that will take their jobs serious or re-train them about good work ethics and learn how to order their supplies for the restaurant.

Yes always a great stop for girls night with my littles we sit in. Our order yes we wait, always so sweet make our chicken fresh, burns your mouth my littles say. Very clean tables and chairs for eat-in. Customer service is top notch ?

Let me start by saying my wife and I haven’t been to KFC in well over 2 years because of bad service from this same location. Anyways after a family event on Christmas eve we decided to go to Kfc being that it was on our way home. We ordered online and came by the drive thru to pickup. As soon as we got to the speaker the guy says Idk what to tell you but we have things to do too and we’re closed so if you want to go somewhere else. I proceeded to explain how we ordered online 30 minutes prior and there’s still 20 minutes till close and he smirked and said, Again, idk what to tell you. I then proceeded to tell him about how we had already paid and want a refund then. He slammed the window closed and gave me a paper with cooperates number and said dude we have lives too and have ahit to do just call them if you have a issue and then proceeds to slam the window and started laughing with the other employee. As I was talking to my wife about where else she wanted to go two cars show up in the parking lot and they laughed and waved at us as we left. Horrible service no wonder Kfc is going out of business. Kfc corporate awarded my wife and I a refund already but I repeat this does not make it okay. The person at the window i was told his name was, “leo”. This store needs new management if this is how they allow their stores to be run.

I arrived at the 11330 Montwood location 12/28/23 at 5:15 to pick up dinner. Well, I ordered a pot pie-oh I’m sorry, we don’t have anymore. Ok, I ordered their chicken sandwich’s-oh I’m sorry, we’re out of those also. What? With another 4 hours+ to go and they’re out of food. Who places orders for their location? Very poor business.
The chicken was thoroughly cooked however it was very greasy. I ordered from the a la cart which didn’t list the price. Someone after me got a 5 piece chicken only and paid just 0.80 cents more than I paid for a 3 piece chicken. The cashier could have told me.

What chicken place runs out of chicken? Safe to say this KFC is extremely poorly run. KFC Corp, you need to look onto this one fast food restaurant of yours. ??

This is the thing that I hate about ordering pot pies at any KFC!!! They bend the lower bowl to give less filling and your eating is bread. You guys are ripping us off, if anyone from KFC reads this please stop this!! Your secret is out, so everyone check and return your pie to one that’s not bend.
