We went to get dinner tonight through the drive thru and waited 30 minutes AFTER paying to receive our food. Due to everything going on, we did not want to go inside the restaurant which is why we went through Drive-thru. After a car that was 2 cars behind us was brought their food my husband flagged down the employee to ask about our order. She asked what we ordered, apologized and said she would bring it out. SERVICE! Last night my husband and I went to KFC on N Mesa cause we haven't had it in years. I took a coupon I had and they refused it. Said it was only good for New Mexico KFC. Did not say anything about only in NM on the coupon and they were unpleasant in telling us. Never said, sorry Maam, but we cant accept this, instead it was blunt and unpolite, we dont take this. It took 45 minutes to get our food. No manager ever approached us and no one ever apologized. The cashier was nice and told us "it's almost ready" and the food was delicious but we'll never go back to this store again.
