Me and my boyfriend came here at night. when we went to the speaker, the guy on the mic forgot he had it on and was cussing and saying crazy things.we ordered two fill ups. one was a bowl and we also asked for an extra side of fries and honey mustard. after they charged us, they told us we wouldn’t have any mashes potatoes. which we understand it was 9:30 and they close at 10. so we switched for a sandwich. when we checked the order there was no fries or honey mustard in the bag. when we went to the window the guy very rudely told us he didn’t charge us the fries . and didn’t even make eye contact with my boyfriend. he did although charge the honey mustard. we decided not to order the fries anymore. when we got home we also realized the cherry pie was missing from his order as well.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before going. The man in drive-thru was rude, rushing us and bad mouthing the next customer when I was paying. He was rushing our order just to make us wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru. Got home and realized they did not include mashed potatoes in our meals, so disappointing. Not ever going back, overpriced and chicken was bland.

We just got our order from KFC and if I could give it zero stars, I would. The breading is falling off the chicken, the chicken is dry. I was missing both my sides on my meal and they gave me the wrong drink for my order. I ordered through uber eats but this is absolutely no excuse. I tried to give them a second chance but I will never order from here again.

It was KFC. I bought a yummy potpie to go. KFC's pot pies don't usually disappoint! I was relieved this one turned out to be great! Absolutely delicious! The service was just so-so. Three different people gave me three different answers on how fresh the pot pie was. Weird!

They “sell chicken” but they don’t have it available upon ordering. The microphones are so old, they cannot hear the customer when ordering drive thru. They told us to wait 30 minutes for our chicken. They forgot to give us our drink, so we had to drive around and we tried to order more chicken and he said he sold all the chicken to the customer in front of us. Unsatisfied with their service. Although the fries were very good.

Chicken was great the help sucks they have a man who has Autism who did a fantastic job on the order's but couldn't help the customers left him alone in the front the rest of the staff were in the back hiding they had know customers to wait on had to get in my car drive to the pickup window to make my order need some older help keep them off the phones at work!!!!!!!!!!

When I arrived I was told to move forward to the parking lot after I ordered. Parking lot was full and no cars behind me I declined to move the manager proceeded to tell me if I did not move she would call the police. I did not know if you did not move management had the authority to call the police, the DM
