Employees AND management are rude. Food was soggy. Had placed an online order and received notification that order was ready when it wasn't

They gave my guest a Dr.pepper instead of a Pepsi instead of telling him that they were out of Pepsi, I got the $7 chicken tenders meal and I didn't realize that I didn't get my mini apple pie pieces I had to tell them

I 😘 ve KFC it's comfort food to me,so I found this KFC on Dyer,I'm new to area,The staff is amazing, but I have spent tons of money on food for 7 people and they never have white meat, every time I have been no white meat.So I have stopped spending money at this KFC.I thought KFC was supposed to go by KFC guidelines. This particular store has not had white meat chicken since March,I go twice a week. They tell you at the window it's only dark meat,I have gone when they told me it'll be here tomorrow it never has been. Also my last chicken was soupy slimy. The staff is excellent, but product absolutely needs a lot of diligent work.I never do reviews unless it's to encourage others.I hope this gets corrected .I will go back, plus you are losing at least 500 a month on my family alone, quality matters.tjanks for listening..

They always seem to run out of breast chicken when I go, and most employees always on there phone as if there not at work. Just plain out bad service.
The little teenage girl at the window running the drive threw at 12:30 today was very rude ! Do not come here they didn’t even put a biscuit in my box and wouldn’t trade the mash for coleslaw definitely the worst kfc I’ve ever been to!

This KFC in El Paso is the worst one I have ever been to. The customer service is the worst ever, no one to help you. You want to ask a question and the crew just ignores you so you stand there forever. The food takes more than 20 to 30 mins to get. The management does not even care what you have to say. Why is this store even open?? They need a whole new crew period or just close down. I give this store a bunch of thumbs down. I would rather go to a place where the food is mediocre but has the best customer service than go where they have the worst customer service ever.
RIP OFF. Kiosk items and prices are different than the point of sale system (register) i.e. Kiosk offers 12pc biscuits for $5.99. Largest biscuits at POS system are 4piece @ $2.99..... 3x$2.99=$8.97. $8.97-$5.99= A DIFFERENCE $2.98 FOR THE SAME ITEM.

I ordered KFC at this location and I asked for a large Mac and cheese side with my meal and payed for it and you could clearly see the receipt taped to the bag but no Mac and cheese inside. My kids was really disappointed when we received our order because they love the Mac and cheese. Sounds like whoever worked on may 22nd at approximately 7pm to 8:30pm time frame you learn to check orders better. It was through Uber eats so I did get a partial refund for the missing items but still disappointed regardless.

My husband and I each purchased the new waffle combo box as a breakfast date option since KFC opens at 10AM. We tried 4 different sauces. I disliked the comeback sauce and the buffalo ranch. Both mostly tasted of mayonnaise. The sticky chicky is a sweet and sour similar to the one from La Choy brand. It complimented the chicken tenders perfectly, but since it came with a side, I decided to dip my chicken and my waffle into the gravy - Best decision ever! I totally recommend gravy, especially with the waffle. It gives a unique experience that you can't get from other restaurants (I'm looking at you, IHOP, but no shade, you're still the OG chicken and waffle joint for me, especially with syrup and honey mustard dressing). Food is excellent, freshly made, and the service was impeccable. The food was prepared promptly, and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Alex answered all my questions about the sauces and was very quick to help us with our order. The staff were even kind enough to give me an extra side of gravy for my combo box. I recommend this place for casual dates and hungry families. Plus, the exclusive flavor of Mountain Dew called 'Sweet Lightning' boasts a robust peach flavor and is strongly reminiscent of southern style peach tea if it had carbonation (and was made by Mountain Dew). If you want something a little different, you should give it a try.
