Came to eat around 9pm. They have no chicken?

Keep in mind, restaurant closes at 10pm. Friday night went through drive through at 8:40pm. First thing we hear is we are closed, then we got we don’t have chicken for a family meal only for individual meals, then we asked well how about for a famous bowl, then they said we have no nuggets. Cant even try to throw some nuggets in the dam fryer. Um a chicken place with no chicken. Wow 🤯 just wow.

When you walk into the restaurant, no one greets you. No one asked you if they can help you, have you been helped, are you hear for pickup order or anything. They just look at you as you suppose to say something to them first. I order on the app at 2:21pm, the app told me that my food would be ready at 2:30pm, I walk in at 2:30pm and none of the workers greeted me, asked me if I have been helped or anything. I received my order at 2:45pm.

Parking: Limited parking in front of the store.

I went into this location with my family just yesterday, 12/07/24, at 5:15 pm We ordered through the app so that we could just pick up and eat as soon as we got there. We were in the area, so we went in and waited. My children were very hungry and cranky. At 5:20, the app showed that my order was ready. We sat there waiting for it. The lobby was empty when we got there. If anything, 1 or 2 other people who had ordered before us. 5:30 rolled around, and still no food. No one was at the counter taking orders. People began to trickle in, and everyone just waited around no one acknowledged the customers. My kids started screaming new customer as they walked through the doors, and yet no one batted an eye. Horrible service. I had to constantly ask for the status of my food. Our food finally made it out at 5:45. We sat right in front and had a view of the staff. 2 were working hard, and the others were standing around. There was one guy who took his hat off and scratched his head for a full minute, put his hat back on, and continued to stand around and walk around, not doing anything. He never washed his hands after that. I hope he's not someone who's touching the food. Another man stood there in the back near the storage room or freezer door, eating out of a kfc container and carrying on a conversation with the guy scratching his head. The food tasted fine, but the service was horrendous. We will not be back. Awful, just flat-out! Awful!

What food, and what service? How can a restaurant expect a decent rating when customers stand in front of the counter for over five (5) minutes without even a greeting. I had to traverse the whole front area to get an employee to notice me. He told me he was a new employee and needed to get a co-worker to assist me. No one appeared after an additional four (4) minutes. The lobby was empty, and the workers tending the drive-thru ignored me. I have to give them one star, so this review will get posted; otherwise, I would have left no stars.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to. Always running out of breasts and wings. “Sorry but we only have legs and thighs.” That’s always their answer! I didn’t order a thing! Guess I’ll try another chicken place!

Stopped in with my pretty girl at the KFC in Northeast El Paso to get a package of KFC viddles to feed six people, and Miss Clarita and Mr. Nathan just did it right. Clarita took her time, walked us through the whole menu, and made sure we had everything figured out. Then, when they didn’t have every item in stock, Nathan stepped up and sorted us out with a solution that worked just fine for a six person meal.

These two are young and got their act together. Respectful, hard-working, and not a bit of attitude just good man; honest service the way it ought to be. KFC is in good hands with this two fine employees; this was some good chow and some good service man.

Mobile orders don't seem to matter used the mobile app twice both orders came out 20+ minutes late

Customer service here is ridiculous. The little pregnant lady is so rude & needs to work on her people skills. The drive thru speaker wasn’t working so I politely told her it wasn’t working & she answered me unmannerly. Also, it takes forever, the location shouldn’t even be considered fast food.

I am a KFC fanatic, but this location is very unreliable. Any time I buy anything from this location, I'm missing something. This time, they forgot to give a bucket of chicken to my husband. They didn't forget the sides. Just the bucket of chicken. My husband ordered a 5 piece tender and they gave him 4. How do you forget a bucket though?

Every time I have gone, to KFC on Dyer street when I get out of work around 8pm . I stop by to get a 2pc chicken breast and wing? They always say they don't have any. They only have thighs and legs. This is not the first or second or even the third time this has happened. I really love KFC they're coleslaw. The chicken, but I'm always disappointed in the KFC down dyer. And I have to settle for Popeyes Chicken. Your company is a Chicken restaurant which means you should always have chicken . Come on KFC please talk to your employees

young girl with glasses very very very rude since beginning after waiting over 15 min for my sons meal went back and told her they didnt give my son the biscuit she does not respond closes window comes back i say thank you and just closes window on me. Bad customer service.
