The KFC store on Dyer by Diana is horrible. They are always out of product. I stopped by today at 6pm and they are out of white meat chicken. I asked if they were going to make more and was told that it was too late to make another batch of chicken. They don't close until 10pm. This is during dinner rush. This might be why they never have any business here. I will not be coming back again.

I've enjoyed KFC chicken since I was a young man. The chicken at this KFC location is mediocre at best. Frech fries are luke warm, biscuit is cold, and the chicken is so over cooked and has so much chili powder added as to be unrecognizable as Colonel Sanders' orginal recipe. Apparently, this is the Mexican food version of KFC chicken. Terrible.

I set a pickup order and was notified my meal was ready by 9:02pm. It’s 9:48pm and I just got my meal. COLD. I had asked about my meal twice and I was told the first time it was just my chicken sandwich that I was waiting on, the second time I was told they’re just waiting on the fries. I finally spoke to the manager and that’s when I received my meal. Again, COLD and poorly handled. If I can give them 0stars I would. Another person waited longer than I did, but he didn’t speak up.
