Absolutely fantastic coffee house. Blows Starbucks away. Incredible sandwiches and pastries. Best hot matcha green latte ever. Savory iced teas as well.

Parking: Not too many parking spots within their lot, so get there with sense of urgency.

I didn't obtain anything to drink from this restaurant. Instead, I requested one Blueberry Muffin ? The crew here is amazing and very efficient. What I ate was very delicious and soft.

Here's an improved version:

"The food here is excellent! I highly recommend trying the yogurts, sandwiches, Coronado empanadas, and cookies. And don't miss out on the vanilla chai tea—simple yet delicious.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The atmosphere is perfect for studying or working. However, I would suggest keeping the restrooms cleaner and adding more comfortable seating."
