Empty restaurant, closes 2 hours after table is sat, advised they had the Teppan experience. Waitress just asked if we wanted soup and salad, didn’t explain anything about the salad (had a dressing rather unsavory I would’ve preferred on the side or not at all). I should not be paying this much for this level of service. Portions are large but no real presentation. Chef was fun, not too much but enough for the first timers at the table to get a good experience. Server gets 1/5, Chef gets 4.5/5. Unfortunately server Naomi made the experience too bad to save the review. Gratuity was included otherwise it would’ve been cut in half. Never coming here again, I hope everyone else gets a difference experience if you consider giving it a shot.

This place is an absolute disaster. The food was mediocre at best, but the real nightmare began when I accidentally left my prescription glasses behind. I called the very next morning, fully expecting a quick resolution. Instead, I was met with the most unhelpful and dismissive staff imaginable. They claimed they couldn’t find my glasses—no apology, no effort to help, nothing. It’s obvious they either lost them or someone swiped them, and they couldn’t care less. The lack of accountability is shocking. It’s a small item, but their indifference to a customer’s belongings speaks volumes about how little they value their patrons. Avoid this place at all costs—terrible service, zero professionalism, and clearly no respect for their customers.

The sushi was good and had nice presentation. The service was a little slow, and there was not very many people in the dining area because it was in between lunch and dinner. The atmosphere was nice but the whole restaurant had an odd/bad smell.

Great place to go for a special evening. Even when we reservation issue the manager took his time to talk to us and help us. We have gone many times and this place never dissapoints.
Absolutely terrible experience, we had a reservation and the establishment did not respect the maximum time allowed to arrive. They probably gave the table to another group without a second thought (Really? you couldn't wait a few min?) Keep in mind if you make a reservation there is a chance your max time to arrive will not be respected and you will end up wasting over an hour of your time waiting for another one to open up. Worst of all, they told us the food is gonna be another hour to be served. Never consider this place again unless you wanna throw away 2 hours of your time.

Ordered sushi sashimi boat. Looked great when it arrived. However, for the price of $80 bucks , it was not worth the time or $. Disappointed. The fish looked fresh, but the taste and quality of the fish were substandard.

Food was OK and overpriced, like most restaurants now. Table had no tablecloth and table surface was sticky. Sticky table definitely took away from our dining experience. Had to request new silverware because what was originally provided had dried food on the fork. For price and lacking atmosphere I would not return.
