Family of 4, took our son here for his 9th birthday. Restaurant is very clean and inviting, with very professional and courteous staff. Our chef, John, was awesome. He was very friendly and took the time to talk to all of us while preparing a delicious meal. Food was very good; filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, and fried rice was well-prepared with the expected showmanship. Overall was reasonably priced. We were very pleased with our visit and will definitely return. Thanks Koze!

It was so disappointing to get very low quality food for the price spent $33 on each combo plate for lunch a total of 3 plates and all very disappointing had a very high expectation and never again. Also will never recommend to any family friends or colleagues. We all order the new York steak with shrimp and it's like we all got to share one stake. It was cut in to pieces and divided out to the 3 plates. The salad was brown and the shrimp was chewy over cooked terribly food. And not to mention the host no manners.

Host warned us if the rest of our party did not show up they would cancel our reservation! We had a reservation for a total of 11 people and there were a total of 8 of us there already waiting to be seated. The young lady said if the rest of the party did not show up within 5 minutes they would cancel our reservation. I asked them you would just say bye see ya? She replied yes. What I assume was a manger stepped in and explained that we could be seated but we would have to pre order for those not there yet. We said sure no problem but I mentioned to him that I have no control over people’s personal arrival time. He understood but this young immature girl was my way or the highway. The food was great our server was great and the chef was also very pleasing and engaged with all of us. At the end we had one person who ended up not making it because of her school assignment.

We usually dine in the hibachi area and have consistently had great service. However, this was our first time sitting at a regular dining table, and the experience was very disappointing. After being seated, several other tables were sat and attended to before us, while no one came to take our order. We waited for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Frustrated by the lack of service, we decided to leave.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend dining here unless you plan to sit in the hibachi section, as the service in the regular dining area was nonexistent.

Excelente in every aspect. Food is delicious. We had Dead Beach (local beers), and we had a great time with our Teppan Chef!

By the way, great value for what you are paying for, it's not a cheap place but it's totally worth it. I liked that he noticed we were speaking spanish and he tried to communicate with us even though his main language isn't ours.

For this to be in El paso, the restaurant doesn't feel like it was. As soon as you walk in, it's walking into a whole other place. We sat & got the habachi. They had a decent amount of options on the menu, and you can order duck,swordfish, and calamari, which are three items I don't usually see on a habachi menu. The food was decent. Our chef was very impressionable and actually conversed with the bunch. You could also hear the music pumping in from next door.
