Today, went for lunch with a group of friends (total 4). I ordered a bento box with salmon ($16), hot green tea, and fried rice instead of steamed. The box comes with rice. Food and tea was good until I got the bill. Didn't expect to be charged $5 for fried rice, waiter didn't mention it would cost extra, and $5.50 for the tea. The fried rice isn't anything out of the ordinary. On top of that a 20% gratuity (5.30) was added to the bill for a group of 4, and 3% for using my card for total of $35.01. Too much for a lunch. I won't be returning nor will my friends. Approx. 2 weeks ago, we were also a group of 4 and the 20% was not added to the bill. Again, won't be returning.

!IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!I’ve seen manny people write reviews and have the same issue I’m having come on Koze do better or train your staff to do better!So my boyfriend and I ordered 85$ worth of foodI got the horrible hibachi NY strip steak and chicken, cucumber salad and 2 sushi rolls.First when you order hibachi it’s not like thisThey give you 5 pieces of each protein not to mention the steak is all fat all 5 pieces oh and tastes like fish they remade the dish and it was still horrible 30$ is way to much especially when you can go and eat 30$ steak somewhere else and get better quality! Then the horrible waiter Luke! Made the experience HORRIBLE! When bringing up how bad my dish was and how bad my time was he proceeded to say “sooo what you want a discount?” I felt like he was just thinking we were doing it for a discount since we were young! I proceeded to try to explain once more with him interrupting and saying the same thing. At that point I was done i gave him my card and we moved on! He comes back and throws my card at me. Saying sorry for whatever!This man needs way more training! And like I said this isn’t the first review stating this! When we told the manager he was not helpful all he could give me was a sorry. I literally felt so horrible leaving this establishment! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
