Hello, I want to file a complaint because I've been calling the store repeatedly, asking to speak to the manager, and they keep hanging up on me. Last night, December 6, 2025, at around 9:40 PM, I placed an order for in-store pickup. I live in Sunset View Park, a 22-minute drive from the store. When I arrived, I noticed everything was dark and there were cars parked outside. I called the store, and a woman answered. I asked her what time they were open until, and she said 11:00 PM. I was already at the store at 10:15 PM. I told her I was in the parking lot to pick up an order, and she asked me to wait a moment. I saw two women come out, and one of them closed her car door and got in. They stayed there. I called again, and they didn't answer. I parked next to her, rolled down my window, and they completely ignored me. It was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.

We have been coming to Krab Kingz for about a year or so. My usual order is the crab boil with lemon peppa steppa flavored butter. It is delicious every time 10/10! I am looking forward to the day Krab Kingz gets a bigger location because during their busy hours there isn't enough space. That's how good it is. Shout out to Bella who is a FABULOUS server with her attentiveness, patience, and positive energy. Stay great Bella!
My only issue is the vulgar music. It is not family friendly. I don't want my kids to hear explicit words about sexual encounters or gang banging. It is not appropriate for public environments. Other than that, this is a great establishment and I look forward to seeing it grow.

Lady got my order wrong, still went through the drive thru to tell her the sauce was wrong. Still gave me the order wrong. When I told her she rolled her eyes. First time eating and the last.

I got the krab and shrimp boat it came with 2 clusters, 10 shrimps, sausage corn and potatoes.
Snow crab clusters 7/10. Shrimp 5/10. They looked like the Walmart great value shrimps, they were not cleaned, & they did not have their shell like they usually do. Corn 2/10. Corn was extremely mushy as if it had been sitting there and then was just reheated. Potatoes 7/10. They sure do give you lots of potatoes not something that im used.
SAUCE 5/10. NO GARLIC IN THE SAUCE.
Overall I would not return and would not recommend.

Lobster tail was small and and meat was rubbery. Corn was frozen reheated. Shrimp and potatoes were decent. Nothing to go home about, but what more can you expect from seafood in New Mexico.

Best food in Carlsbad NM . These lovely people work hard in their food truck,provide excellent service and the food was fantastic! I hardly eat anything anymore and do not care too much about food lately but I truly enjoyed their fried shrimp basket and crab.
This was my very first time trying a seafood boil, and I couldn’t have picked a better place than Crab Kings in Dyer. The food was absolutely excellent! The seasoning was on point, the portions were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. Everything was juicy and flavorful — the potatoes, sausage, crab, and shrimp were cooked perfectly.
I loved it so much that I went back again within 10 days, and it was just as amazing the second time. Their service is outstanding too, super friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better.
I also tried the Mangoneada daiquiri, and it was delicious! Not too strong, not too sugary, just the perfect balance.
Crab Kings has officially become my new go-to spot. If you’re looking for great seafood with amazing flavors, big portions, and excellent service, this is the place!

Food was great! By far the best seafood boil I’ve had (that’s not close to the coast). We got the seafood boil and crab cakes, everything was super fresh and flavorful. The wait was a little long, but other than that I’ll be coming back!
