As you can tell by the reviews the owner could care less about customer satisfaction. Nothing but bad reviews. Came in today and hardly any donuts. Come to find out this location closes even earlier than the one on the Eastside. People were actually walking out do to the lack there of. Staff quick to have the place cleaned even before 8. This location NEVER has the light on for free donuts. Place is clean and donuts are good if they have any . Very limited options. If you wanted a dozen with different donuts you wouldn't be able to. Saddest KK I've ever seen. 😢

got a few doughnuts the other day and they were smaller and had less chocolate on top and were stale and cost more, it will be better to go to a Mexican market or a small business owner that has bigger products that has more filling and cost less and the size is a lot bigger. I will no longer go to Krispy Kreme

I was very disappointed with my online order. I had placed an order early this afternoon after calling the location to ask if there were still Harry Potter doughnuts, they had told me they did and right away I placed an online order for it to be picked up later in the evening. I was called about an hour before I had asked for my order to be ready and told they were all out of the doughnuts. I had ordered them early to ensure they'd be set aside for me. I'm just writing hoping for some changes to be made regarding online orders and as a PSA to anyone planning on ordering online ahead of time.

For 2 days straight at 7:00 in the morning, donfrescas won't come. They tell me they are fixing the apartment, why don't they do this at night? Terrible service.
