Worst customer service in El Paso, TX. According to the store manager Pedro, the customer should be well aware of the policies and procedures of Krispy Kreme. You’re better off going to Dunkin.

Just wanted 1 Harry potter donut for granddaughter & wasnt allowed, they said I needed to buy the dozen they couldnt sell by singles
Angelique was very rude, I asked her how much it was for a half dozen and she looked at me like I was dumb and was like you will be charged for each individual donut, I guess if I was in her place I would be like well we don't have that but we have 2 donuts and a coffee for aom much or we have ECT etc..qnyhow because of her I will not be back RUDEEEEE

This Krispy Kreme absolutely made my day. I had made a mistake of ordering at the wrong location and I was nervous as to how to fix it. The worker at the time helped me through it and was able to make everything work out which I really appreciated. The employee really went above and beyond to help me out and I will definitely be recommending this particular location as well as Krispy Kreme the place to be to grab doughnuts and drinks!! Thank you again!!!
