As they’re prepping to have their Christmas potluck party during a rush, the employees cannot simply handle a “medium” sized order. They will pressure you into making a quicker selection, and give you the snottiest attitudes when asking very simple question. The customer service SUCKS. The donuts are astronomically delicious .

Delicious Donuts — Apple-Filled is a Must!
I ordered two dozen donuts — one dozen Original Glazed and another dozen assorted. Everything was delicious, but I have to recommend the apple-filled donut. It tastes just like apple pie! Warm it up for ten seconds, and it’ll instantly remind you of grandma baking for Christmas.
Other than that, the donuts are always perfect — fresh, flavorful, and consistently spot-on. If you love donuts, this place is a must-try!

I placed 2 to go orders online, when I walked in there was only one order ready, and I told the person behind the counter that it was 2 orders and she gave me an attitude about it. She seem to be in a rush, and I was never offered a free sample doughnut.
Additionally, I tried to redeem a free donut reward, and she said with what order? I said with the 2 orders that I just placed and she said that I had to do it while I was placing the order online. Before I walked out, I asked her do you not do the free donut when you walk in anymore as she reply I’m sorry this whole donuts coming out right now, but when I walked in, there was tons of them.
I walked out with no free sample and couldn’t redeem my reward for the free donut. That’s two times she had a chance to take care of a customer and she didn’t. I purchase these donuts to bring to my customers to places where they don’t have Krispy Kreme’s available . No matter how busy you are you should always make time to take care of the customers. Especially after I spent almost $60 bucks on donuts today and last week I spent almost $100. I might need to rethink my options next time!

I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience I had with one of your employees, Nazareth, during my recent visit. She displayed unprofessional behavior, giving me attitude when I tried to communicate and even closing the window while I was still speaking.
I understand that everyone can have challenges, but it’s not acceptable to treat customers rudely or dismissively. I was simply trying to be heard and resolve my issue, yet her attitude made the experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant.
I hope this matter is addressed promptly so that future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

My family and I are so disappointed. We paid for a frakendough dozen and ended up with 10 regular glazed and only 2 of the frakendoughnut. We had to decide which one of us got the frankendough and we couldnt enjoy the experience as a family. I feel robbed, I wish we could have at least have an exchange for the halloween ones orsomething similar.
