Came back in because my order of eclipse donuts were wrong. Came in with receipt and full box of donuts. Gave them to cashier and she says they will get to me in a min and so I go to the side and wait. Finally Manger comes and says she checked the cameras and it was a man and women who picked up the order. So I say yes that is correct my bro and my sis in law (I had given them money to pick me up some donuts for me since they were already going). And she's insisted she packed the order correctly, so I'm like yes but you gave us the wrong order these are some else's. So She ask for the second receipt so call my bro to send a picture of that receipt, show that to her nope I packed the right order. She then keeps on insisting for the other receipt and I tell her I don't have it since it isn't my order. Then tells me she can't help me. So I keep insisting that I want the donuts that I paid for, she keeps repeating herself till finally she says she will give them to me but she did package correct order. Like lady I didn't say you packaged the wrong order I'm saying you handed my bro the wrong order that belonged to someone else. It shouldn't take more then half an hour trying to get the right order. The Manger was so concerned spending all that time checking the cameras when she should instead us that energy to make sure every customer get handed the right order or maybe clean your store since it was dusty and had 3 big dead horse flies on the counter. Also store needs to either retrain manager or hire someone else I've never felt so interrogate over a wrong order. Also the only picture she could show me was my bro with 2 closed boxes of donuts like that was proof that the donuts inside were correct smh.

This Sunday 07-04-2024 we went to Krispy Kreme to buy donuts, ? what would be my surprise that the cost per donut is 2 dlls, if you buy 1/2 dozen, if you buy 12 varied the cost is 16.28 q per donut would cost 1.36 q It's not so bad, if you buy with a coupon there it does match, but they no longer have the courtesy that for waiting in line they gave you a donut as a reward for the wait, that's over it no longer exists, that detail was what made it special to that business, the taste is no longer the same as before, and the employees are not very friendly either, the place looks dirty, we will not buy Krispy Kreme donuts again, they are much better dunking donuts, cheaper, more filling and very clean their local at any time you go.

All of the employees here are awesome ? and greet you with warmth and courtesy ☺️, even when they are super swamped and busy ?!Today was my second time stopping in for an online pickup order ?! The first time I stopped in was to purchase a box of a dozen assorted donuts and a dozen glazed donuts on Feb 29 this year ☺️! Yup ?! That’s right! On Leap Day ??? ?!I stopped in today to pick up an online order of Saint Patrick’s Day donuts ? ☘️ ? ✨, and they look absolutely amazing ? and delicious ?!And as always, the conveyer of glazed donuts on display is always so much fun ? to watch ?!Everyone who was there was so spirited ? ? and optimistic ? for Saint Paddy’s Day ☘️!Thank you for once again brightening my day ?, Krispy Kreme ? ?! You are fantabulous ?!!I will definitely come back again because I always feel like such a welcomed customer ☺️, whether I’m there for pickup, or whether I truly want to sit down and enjoy the warm and inviting atmosphere around me ?!

I just had the absolute worst experience at this location today 10 March 2024 at around 1645. My family and I had come in earlier in the day to ask when the hot sign would be on, because my father in law had never had one. During our first interaction the young lady was very polite and told us to come back around 1700. At about 1630 we went back so my in laws could see how the donuts were made. At the time they were making some sort of filled donut and we decided to just get what was avaliable because we wanted to get back home. I ordered a mixed dozen, during my order I asked the same young lady what donuts just came out. I was asking the flavor however, she assumed I was asking about the freshness. She gave a "proper" response in a very rude and unprofessional manner that made me feel unwelcome as a customer. The donuts were good as always but I will never spend another dollar at this location.
