After doordashing a few times I can definitely confirm these are the best birria in El Paso! Flavorful tender meat, non-greasy tacos, quality cheese, and rich broth. Reminds me of homemade cooking! Highly recommended.

All I’m saying is that I live somewhat far but my wife and I have tried multiple places for birria, including some of the larger places, but no matter what, this place is our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to get birria.First off. The tacos are fantastic as is but then you get this HUGE amount of consumé which I use the left overs for ramen, which pairs to these fantastic tacos PERFECTLY.Add in all the extra cilantro, onions, red salsa, limes, you end up with the perfect birria taco...

La Bomba was world class delicious! Bomba QuesaTacos were extremely fresh and crispy with fresh sides to add to your liking and consome was perfectly balanced with spices to pack a lot of flavor in such a small package. Owner is extremely friendly and efficient! Can’t recommend enough!!! A+++++.
