Lady answers the phone “bueno”“Yes hi can I place a pick up order please?”“….. aye nooo espera can joo hole wan minuto ….. *off phone* aye noooo es q es en ingles * lady in background * “aaaaye no “ (a third lady answers my call ) “jesss halo can I halp jooooo ?”*me annoyed “yeah can I place a pick up order for two egg burritos please ““Ehh okay n jooore eh name “I tell her and she takes the orderWhen I show up in personThey see that I’m Mexican and they all gather around and begin to complain that I spoke to them in “eenglich”. And that I need to “eh learn to eh speek eeen ehspanich”I got a better ideaHow about if you’re gonna be here working in the united ehstates YOU learn to eh speak eh eenglich ! or at least not complain when you have to and don’t expect everyone to bow to your language preferences, suppose I were a white man or someone who actually only speaks English . Are they gonna complain then too ??This one single encounter made me loathe being back in EP amongst all these uneducated entitled border hoppers and I vow to vote trump and any other candidate that is anti immigration and pro building of the wall . How dare these rude ladies lecture me on what language I need to be speaking in my own country . BUILD THAT WALL BUILD THAT WALL !!

0 Stars ! Horrible Service ! They Charged me $43.35 and there System showed they Did Not Charge me But I called my Bank and Sure Enough the Charge was Made at exactly10:48am ! Manager at Location Could Not Help, Therfore I Called Human resources and she Was NOT able to help me Either, She said She used to Work at a Bank so She knows How Transactions Work that sometimesPayments Do not go Through! It was a frustrating Situation I only Wanted my Gorditas Not the First Time it Happens So Dissapointed. ? Do NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED !!

I’m a delivery driver and the girl who was “servicing” was rude. “Diga Me” all rudely so I returned the energy. I told her the customer name, handed me the order. I believe she also gave me an extra drink so win for me. Didn’t greet me nicely, and I believe she had her stupid friends hangin in the front.

I have been wanting to try this place for so long. I pass it all the time and really wanted some gorditas and menudo. The gordita was pretty good but there was a really big bone in my menudo. The bone and the liquid took up half the cup. So that was disappointing. I've never had that happen before and feel a little ripped off. Checking the other cups now. :/Edit: After calling they said it was ok because it was a foot bone they use to cook with...?

First off the music was too loud, it was so loud we could hear the lady taking our order and she couldn't hear us. Then the music from the kitchen is even louder and a different radio station? Overall just too loud to even have a conversation. When people say the service is slow! That is the understatement of the century. No line and Ordered Gorditas about 30 minutes ago and still waiting. Finally got them home and they were good. Not convinced they were 30 minute wait good.

The food here is quite tasty, a definite highlight. However, the service was extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited a poor attitude, tables were consistently dirty, and the salsa containers were left empty and unclean. I hope they improve on their service soon.When I got there there was a customer arguing loudly with the cashier about getting a refund, so it was a great introduction to what was coming. So sad because the food was good, just not the service.
